這次的入住體驗太棒啦！一踏入公寓，暖色調的燈光和佈置温馨的大堂就給我一種家的感覺。前台工作人員熱情又專業，辦理入住的速度很快，還貼心地介紹了酒店的各項設施。
走進房間，整潔程度簡直讓我驚艷。床鋪整理得一絲不苟，床單被罩潔白如雪，沒有一絲褶皺。地面光亮得能照出人影，衞生間也沒有任何異味，洗漱用品擺放得整整齊齊。房間裏的裝飾小擺件都很精緻
公寓的公共小區區域同樣維護得很好，走廊安靜又乾淨，電梯運行平穩。而且周邊交通便利，吃飯購物都很方便。這次的酒店選擇真的太正確了，強烈推薦給大家！下次出行還會首選這家！

剛到的時候，工作人員就特別熱情，幫忙搬行李，還迅速辦理好了入住手續，整個過程又快又貼心，好感度直接拉滿！
房間一進去，就被驚艷到了。裝修風格簡約又時尚，佈置得特別温馨，採光也超棒，周邊的生活設施也超齊全，這次入住真的太滿意啦，強烈推薦給大家，以後有機會還來這兒住！

從來沒有住過這麼差的民宿，也怪自己沒看清詳情，他們家的民宿空調衹能製冷，不能制熱了，晚上冷，還帶着兩個孩子，房間沒暖氣，拍了個有海景的房間，實物與圖片是不符的，鋼的樓梯像臨時搭建的，樓下還有滴答滴答漏水的水池，花了700多，分分鐘想退房，商家不同意，攜程客服幫忙協商換了一間房間，是個電競房，至少裏面的空調製熱了，房間轟隆隆聲音非常響，無法入眠，問客服後萬萬沒想到是空調的外機，空調的外機竟然是放在房間裏的，直到凌晨都無法入睡，就像每隔幾分鐘有直升機飛過一樣轟隆隆響，客服詢問要不要過來查看，已經説孩子睡了説不用了，還是過來了，也沒看出個所以然，給出最好的解決辦法就是讓我們關空調，真的是服了，樓下還有各種不知名的異響，從1.5的床換到了1.2的床，孩子睡相差晚上直接掉下去，充電頭竟然是在腦袋頂上的，去過那麼多的城市，就這個民宿的空調是不制熱的，總之這次的潮汕之路這個民宿最差，簡直就是差到極點了，大家選房需謹慎。

衞生：很差，真的很差。從來沒有住過這麼差的酒店，睡得身上癢。我拍了一張圖片，短髮長髮都有😱，特別影響心情，一晚上都睡不好。因為時間緊沒有提前去看下房，所以踩雷了。我看標題是海景高空房，結果去海的邊都沒有看到

房間衞生較差，拖鞋較臟，被子有些污垢。馬桶坐墊有些臟，馬桶是固定在牆上的牆上瓷磚開裂，有掉落風險。要求更換客服説沒有房更換。床與床之間是沒有間隔的，比較像雙人房。單人床是簡易移動式的較影響睡眠。房間內多數物品需要收費，停車場也不是免費的。體驗感極差。看到評論的朋友別踩雷。

這地方真心不錯，房間衞生搞得乾淨，住着舒服。服務也挺好，工作人員都很熱情。而且交通方便得很，出門不遠處就有車站，想去哪溜達都方便。來年春節再來汕頭玩
