I booked two rooms in the homestay.
One room’s lock broken at 22:30 and I couldn’t get in the room. The server told me to stay in another room to wait for repairing the lock. And I agreed and waited until 24:00.
I booked a room and couldn’t use it normally. I asked the staff to cancel the room but she didn’t agree. And finally she arranged me another room and I entered at 24:20. What a bad experience. The objects I left/ locked at the original room didn’t be picked by the staff and leaved in the room which sold again at the same day. Bad !Bad!

I went to Shantou for a trip during the Spring Festival. There were basically no rooms in the hotels near the small park, so I had to book this hotel a few kilometers away. The living environment was average, the hygiene was poor, and the decoration was old and moldy. The price was too expensive during holidays. Only the butler's service attitude was acceptable, the response was timely, and the parking was free.
