Staff friendly and accommodating. Hotel is old and in need of refurbishment. Cleanliness below average but it's due to the age of the hotel rather than staff effort. Staff kind enough to offer free breakfast at mcdonald's /KFC next door.

Toilet and bathroom are together and it’s not convenient when you travel in two people. Cleanness is poor since we found old trash on the floor. Location is good since it’s closed to bar and restaurants.

The location is very good with surroundings of some restaurants and shopping centre, but the room itself is not really clean and the amenities are poor. But the staff attitude is very good. Need improvement on room cleanliness and also the placement of shower room and water closet together is not convinience at all because the toilet floor constantly wet after shower.

Booked an executive twin room. The room is spacious and hygienic. However, the shower room door is damaged and cannot be closed tightly. The water after bathing keeps flowing to the door... The design is also not good. If it is placed together with the toilet, the toilet seat will be completely wet. . In addition, the hotel restaurant was not open. The breakfast coupons provided were for McDonald's across the street and one of six set meals. KFC was not open for maintenance.
