When I first arrived at the hotel, I felt it was okay. It was indeed relatively new. I booked two nights, but I felt something was wrong not long after I checked in. The hotel is relatively intelligent. There is no phone in the room. All instructions are issued by waking up Xiaodu to contact the front desk and ask for room supplements, but the efficiency is extremely low. I have to wait for more than half an hour each time. The hotel replied that many people ordered meals, which made the robot unable to deliver them in time. As a brand under Hyatt, it can't even keep up with the most basic supporting services. This explanation is really far-fetched. The room is quite large and looks very empty. Later, I looked at the hotel introduction on Ctrip. Each room type will have a table and chair, but my room does not have one. There is no place to eat or put office supplies. The hotel can't reply why my room does not have these hardware facilities. The housekeeping was not doing a good job of cleaning. The toilet was still dirty, which was a bit disgusting, so I won't post pictures. In addition, the washbasin was stained after cleaning, and there was garbage left on the countertop. This operation is really puzzling. In addition to the few varieties of breakfast, the restaurant is messy. The tableware is placed like a roadside stall, messy, and the water stains are still on the knives and forks. You need to clean them twice with napkins. I decisively gave up such breakfast the next day. The above are all personal experiences. I hope the hotel can face up to and improve, otherwise the Hyatt brand will not be able to hang up, which will greatly affect the brand image. Public area: The hotel's laundry room and gym are on the 11th floor, with 24-hour service. Because the clothes that were wet on rainy days were taken to the laundry room for washing and drying, they can be worn in less than an hour. I will stay in this hotel again next time I come to Shantou! !

I complained to the staff and this did not solve the problem, they promised to arrange a room change if the problem recurred. In the following days, I didn't call for repairs and I was too lazy to complain to the hotel. The hotel opened a few months ago this year, but its hardware is so poor. I would not recommend this hotel, nor would I stay at any other hotel of this brand elsewhere, I'm really scared. The funniest thing was that the staff said: If the TV has problems again, the staff will teach you to take out the room key, wait for a while to turn off all the power, and then insert the room card again to start it up. I stayed in the hotel for five days and four nights. I had to turn on the TV every day, which caused me a lot of trouble.
