The location is good, the garden environment is nice, there is the beach just outside the door, and it is close to the old city. However, I was greatly disappointed when I stayed there this time. In addition to the above hardware advantages, there are a lot of disadvantages: First, when I just checked in, I found that the carpet in the room was not vacuumed, and there was a lot of small garbage, which was not dealt with when the room was cleaned the next day. Second, there was only one pillow on each bed. When I needed another pillow because I was taking the baby out, they didn't have one. It's unbelievable that a hotel that costs almost 1,000 yuan a night doesn't even have a pillow. Thirdly, the air conditioner didn't provide any cooling effect. It was set at 20 degrees, but the temperature inside was 27 degrees. It was so hot that I had to open the windows for ventilation in the middle of the night. Fourth, the room facilities are too old. They are really guesthouse-level facilities, but charge the price of a five-star hotel.

I chose this hotel after visiting Shantou Beef nearby. From the moment I walked in, I felt like the TV series "County Party Committee Courtyard". Next to the Shantou Municipal Party Committee, parking is very convenient. The green area is large and suitable for walking. There are many birds chirping early in the morning. In the park, the bathroom toilet in the room has a disinfection sign and a mobile phone holder, which is very detailed. Overall, it is clean, comfortable and safe.

The hotel has a large courtyard, next to the Shantou Municipal Committee. Parking is convenient and the environment is good for walking. The room is also quite large and has all the necessary room facilities. There are no consumption items in the room. It is simple and clean. Check-in is at the gate, 200 You only need a RMB room card deposit, and you can see the sunset and take the ferry from Haibin Road at the door. It takes a long time to go to the small park. The hotel is very cost-effective. I will choose here next time.

But when I walked to the dressing room and bedroom, I found that the windows were full of large water tanks and boilers. The window glass could not be closed, and there was a gap between the two window glass, which was stuffed with white cloth strips. Because I was anxious to go out to meet my friends, I thought about asking the waiter to solve the problem when I came back in the evening. When I came back in the evening, I went to the front desk. The front desk asked me to find the waiter in Building 8. The waiter in Building 8 followed me to the room to check, but she didn't have it either. I couldn't close the two windows. She and another waiter in Building 8 kept telling me that the gap was fine and that I didn't need to mind it. However, I couldn't help but mind this safety issue, so I called the front desk to report it. In this situation, I wanted the front desk to help me change a room. The front desk received a message and asked me to check it out. After that, I heard nothing from the front desk. I called the front desk again, but no one answered. I quickly went to Ctrip to check out the hotel room and found that there were still rooms in the business king room. I immediately contacted the waiter in Building 8 and asked them to contact the front desk. I was willing to pay the price difference to change rooms. Then I called the front desk and changed to Business king room. Here is a suggestion to the hotel. Room 8216 is not suitable for use as a guest room. It is recommended that the room be closed or converted into a grass room. Even building 8 is too simple to use as a guest room. The corridor walls are full of mold marks or peeling wall coverings. It does not look like a guest room but like an office. The changed one was rather eerie. Not long after I entered the room in the afternoon, water suddenly came out of the shower head, which scared me so much. The room that cost more than 400 per night was not even as good as the 7 days I stayed in Chaoyang the night before, and the attitude of the front desk clerk was also very... If there was a problem, they would not solve the problem. They would just prevaricate and even not answer my calls. I thought it was a government reception unit and the basic facilities and services would be above average. In the end, I almost thought I had entered a shady store.
