Thoughtful service! My mum fell ill and had diarrhoea. She dirtied the beddings on the day that we had to check out. We had no choice but see a doctor, yet we were not sure whether we could make it back before check-out time. The staff on duty was very assuring and promised that everything will be taken care of. Lo and behold, she managed to help us move to another room, and made sure we were all settled before we took care of the bills. Service aside, the breakfast was fantastic! Those who enjoy seafood would appreciate how fresh and tasty the rice noodle soup was. Location wise, it’s very near the “little garden”, yet not so near that it would be too noisy and rowdy. To me, if you don’t mind the higher price tag, this would be a perfect place to stay in Shan Tou.

This stay was perfect! We all loved this hotel! The staff was professional and considerate, checked us in quickly, and recommended local places to visit. The room was spacious and bright, with great lighting and spotless hygiene. The gym had a full range of equipment and the swimming pool had clear water. Whether it was for business or leisure, this was a great choice.
