The lady at the front desk was very considerate and gave me a quiet room, but the room smelled very musty. I lay down and found traces of blood on the sheets. There was a strong musty smell every time I turned over. I didn't sleep well that night and had nightmares. I finally changed rooms the next afternoon; 3. There is no service to help dry the clothes, even if there is a note (the lady who was washing clothes next to me was also complaining about this problem); 4. When I came back in the early morning, the room card could not be opened. I called the front desk from the floor, and they verified the information and asked me to go down to change the card. The robot did not agree, saying that it was inconvenient for her to be on duty alone. I didn't understand how inconvenient it was for her to be on duty alone.
