My girlfriend and I rarely have time to travel on vacation. We had a great time in Zhuhai and Guangzhou a few days ago. I would like to thank your hotel for giving me an unforgettable experience. I checked into the hotel in the early morning of March 9, 2025. The front desk asked me in advance what time I would arrive at the store at around 10:30 on the 8th. There was nothing wrong with that. It was already 3:30 in the morning when I arrived at the hotel. The service attitude of the front desk staff was also no problem. The hotel parking lot was full of cars and the entrance was relatively narrow. The car I just picked up was also relatively large, so it was difficult to drive in. The inside was also full of cars. There was only an empty space at the back door of the hotel lobby (I mistakenly thought it was a parking space because of the design. I will add the picture below). I parked the car here. Due to the long journey of more than five hours, I went to bed early and was woken up by the intercom of the cleaner outside and the voices of passengers talking at around 8 or 9 the next day. I didn't say anything and thought it was okay. There's no need to worry about some incidents when going out for fun. Then I quickly packed up and went to the nearby Xinghua Wu Ji with my girlfriend to eat hot pot. We arrived at the restaurant at around 11 o'clock and waited happily for the meal because the advantages of this hotel are indeed free parking and it is very close to the hot pot restaurant. I had just ordered a piece of meat when a strange phone call came in. I saw that it was from Shantou, so I picked up the phone. The traffic police said that my car blocked the supply channel of someone else's hotel. I was confused. Supply channel? I didn't ask too many questions. After explaining something to my girlfriend, I moved my bike and rode the e-bike at the door to the hotel. Fortunately, the hotel was less than ten minutes away from the restaurant, so I thought I might as well move it. Although I was in a very bad mood at that time, I didn't think about arguing with the hotel. I just had to endure it. I'm not the kind of person who likes to make trouble. In less than ten minutes, I had arrived at the parking lot at the back door of the hotel. At this time, the traffic police called me again and asked me if the person had arrived. He said that the person involved had been calling the police. At this time, I actually wanted to go to the front desk or the driver to argue. I was so angry that I felt dizzy. No, it's been less than ten minutes? (At the end I will add the call records which show the time was less than ten minutes before and after) Are you so anxious? Are the things in the car carrying emergency supplies? I am also engaged in this job. It is not easy for police officers. If I really wasted a lot of time, I would not say anything if you urge me. When I arrived at the scene, I asked the person who responded, who was a man. I said that no one told me that I could not park here. He replied that this was a fire escape. I did not say much and did not argue with the front desk because I was angry because there were still guests going through the formalities at the front desk. But my mood was really ruined by this little episode. This is probably how the whole thing happened. Now let me say a few things. First, I will talk about my own problem. Because it was a new car, I did not have time to buy a number plate, so the hotel had to contact the police to find me. This problem does cause inconvenience. Generally, you should put a number in the car when parking to facilitate contact. I will deduct one point for this. Next, let me talk about the hotel's problems. I won't talk about the hardware facilities. The sound insulation is poor, the entrance to the parking lot is narrow, and there are cars parked at the entrance, which makes it inconvenient to enter and exit. First, there are no obvious signs, slogans, or buckets at the entrance of the parking lot leading to the hotel lobby to inform that parking is not allowed here. Even if it is according to what that gentleman said, this is a fire escape, and the lines are not marked according to fire regulations. Second, from the early morning of the 8th to the time when I went to eat, no one told me or received a message from the front desk asking passengers whose car this was. Parking is not allowed here or it is inconvenient to park. Including when I parked my car at that location last night, no one informed me that parking is not allowed here. It happened that I went out for dinner, and the police were called twice in less than ten minutes to inform me to move my car. Put yourself in their shoes and think about how you would feel if it were you. I also had to ride an electric bike back from Xinghua Wu Ji to move the car, and was urged. Third, the check-out time of the hotel was 2 pm. After returning to the hotel at 1:30 pm, my girlfriend wanted to go to the bathroom upstairs, but the room had been cleaned. She was embarrassed and kept saying thank you to the cleaning lady. I thought the guests hadn't left the hotel yet, but they had cleaned the room and told us not to make it too dirty and we could go in. I couldn't understand why they checked out at 2 pm and cleaned the room at 1:30 pm and told us not to make it too messy. I was in a very bad mood, but I still didn't go to the front desk to argue. So I chose to use this method to inform the guests who want to stay in this hotel as a reference. Of course, it is for reference only. The above comments are completely true, and the attached pictures are not distorted at all. Finally, I wish everyone can have a good mood when traveling. Many things are really not about money. Having fun is more important than anything else.

Overall it is a relatively clean hotel with a good location. There are food outlets along Huawu Street and it is close to a small park.

I originally booked another hotel, but I was really deceived. I picked up a few hotels in Shantou with my luggage, but they were all unsatisfactory. I got the wrong taxi location and came to this hotel. I didn't expect it to be so cost-effective! Although you have to take a taxi to go everywhere, it is not very far and it is very convenient to take a taxi. The hygiene is okay, but there is a cigarette butt in the bathroom that has not been cleaned up. You can be more careful.

The hotel is clean, spacious and bright, with convenient facilities. The front desk service is good, friendly and efficient. The main reason is that the room price is favorable and there is no charge for parking. There are self-service washing machines and dryers on the first floor of the lobby, which are convenient to use. There are many Shantou specialty snacks next to the hotel. After eating, you can also go for a walk in Zhongshan Park next to it.

The ladies and brothers at the front desk are very enthusiastic and responsive. The room was very clean and the overall feeling was very comfortable. It was a very comfortable stay. It was very quiet at night on the 2nd floor, with a residential area behind it. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel, including a large vegetable market. I bought a roast goose there and it was delicious! There are rice noodle roll shops, beef hotpot restaurants, steamed bun shops and a lot of food around, and it is also close to tourist attractions. I walked to Longyan South Road during the day. Overall great! It is a hotel I will choose next time.
