I highly recommend this inn. The owner of the inn is very nice and enthusiastic, and the service is very good. He also reminded us of some things to pay attention to on the first day we arrived. After going out for a while, we felt there were signs of a cold. The owner also prepared cold medicine and room facilities. The equipment is very good. You can see the obvious buildings in the city center from the window of the room. The room has floor heating and it is not far from Moonlight Plaza.

I have stayed in many hotels in Shangrila old town over the past 12 years so have a little experience. Location: Close to the top dancing square but at the top of a very steep hill. It had rained so the stone street was VERY slippery. It is close to impossible to walk up the hill with suitcase. There is a 1/2 meter wide ***** of carpet that was laid down on the right side of the road going up the hill. It gave great traction, but unfortunately some non-thinking person had parked their electric cart directly on top of the carpet so you could not navigate it. I arrived at 6 PM and that electric cart was still sitting on the carpet in the same place the next morning at 9 AM. Trying to walk around the electric cart , but I did slip and fell to the ground. I would not come back to this hotel again, if there was any potential for any rain. The picture is of the morning after the rain had dried. When I booked my room, they did tell me that there was only one room remaining and it was for four people. I was solo but I booked it anyway. Unfortunately, I did not understand that there are four beds that are actually side-by-side touching each other. They are very very thin pads laid on top of a wooden platform. No way to get into or out of any bed without crawling back to the foot of the bed and going over the edge that way. It was the hardest sleeping service I have ever been on and got very little sleep. If I had my sleeping bag and camping mattress, I would’ve just slept on the floor. Won’t be back here again. The service people at the hotel were very nice. Offered to carry my bag up to my room on the third floor and the woman who provided the breakfast in the morning was very pleasant. Have no complain about the service just the beds in the access to the hotel. If it’s raining, make it a no go for me

It also provides services such as pick-up and drop-off, travel guide suggestions, etc. It is really convenient for out-of-town tourists. The transportation location is convenient, just near the east gate of Dukezong Ancient City. It is very convenient to walk and take a taxi. The room facilities are complete. It is still very cold in Shangri-La in December, but the room has floor heating and a fireplace, which is very friendly to people who are afraid of the cold. There is also a smart home

The room is warm and comfortable, the environment is very good, and the landlord is very enthusiastic. Every day, there are arrangements for cleaning and finishing, and daily necessities are replenished and replaced in time. Full score recommendation!

Once again, I chose Passing-cloud Resort with my wife in the heavenly Shangri-la. It was an antique architecture with the modern and beautiful design in the room, provided with the high quality of bed linen, blankets and towels. Facilities: The room is very new, the equipment is very new, there is a projector, there is a bathtub🛁, the boss is very good at management, there are disposable toilet covers and disposable bathtub bags. Open the skylight to see the stars. Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean and the stay is very comfortable. Environment: There are 2 well-raised ragdoll cats and Golden Layer on the first floor, as well as an Alaskan cat. It is in the ancient city and is convenient for traveling. It is very close to Songzanlin Temple, Pala Sea, the station, and the airport. Service: The boss provides airport pick-up, perfect.

Hotel Indigo has a spectacular bird eye view of the Shangrila town, the room has the view of the temple in the Dukezong Ancient Town. The hotel is very new and the staffs are super friendly, especially Cyrus Pan who did helped me a lot of some miscellaneous things though the stay just only 1 night. Room is clean and spacious. The restaurant served amazing food with much comfortable environment than restaurant in the ancient town. I can say a hotel must stay in Shangrila and definitely I would return if visit to Shangrila again.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the center of the ancient city and the online taxi pick-up point, and the environment is quiet. The first floor is the Tea Horse Road Museum, and the third floor overlooks the ancient city, the Sutra Barrel, and the Big Buddha Temple. The staff is very responsible. There is no elevator in the house in the ancient city. Whether it is when we come or when we leave, the staff will help us move. The floor heating in the room heats up slowly, and the staff will deliver the heater as soon as we enter the room. The oxygen concentrator will also patiently teach us how to use it. We were also given Hada!

This suite is the most comfortable suite I have ever stayed in a B&B, including the most comfortable suite in a hotel. The room facilities are very complete. The bathtub is also very comfortable. There are many clothes for the children to play with. The bathroom is also equipped with a washing machine. It is really considerate and clean in terms of hygiene. The hotel staff are also very attentive. Tremella soup and hot milk are delivered to the room. The hotel is also very close to the prayer wheel, which is very convenient for travel!

The hotel is conveniently within 5 min walking distance to the prayers wheel. There is a bus stop close by 3 min walk that will take you to most of the sightseeing spots including the Potatso national park. Above all, the concierge service at the hotel is immaculate!!! We stopped by Shangri-La as a transfer port for our Tibet trip. We arrived at 10 PM at the airport, the host was kind enough to pick us up after we landed and drop us off the next day. Not having to worry about transportation is a plus when you’re traveling aboard. The room and breakfast were as advertised. We appreciated the oxygen machine and the humidifier in the room. The overall experience is great and we’ll definitely book again if we are in the area again.
