Very very good hotel. Facilities are modern. Service are top notched and super friendly and helpful! There is also smart toilet, heater, shower hotel. Location is also very good. Short walk to ancient city

Location is good, easily accessible to nearby attractions within 15mins walking distance, have convenient stores and restaurants nearby, good services of handling guests requests, newly built hotel, room is spacious and clean, contain intelligent home appliances in rooms. Makes us comfortable to take shower as they have hot air blow to prevent getting cold. Oxygen generator is ready as well for guests convenience in this high altitude area. We will definitely come back again when we have next trip here again.

The ladies at the front desk and the boss are super friendly. This room is really great. You must stay here in Shangri-La. There are small desserts before check-in. The room is clean and smart.
