The hotel is clean and has a nice environment. The breakfast is delicious. We ate all the food. Some rooms and the observation deck on the second floor of the hotel can see the Big Buddha Temple. It takes a few minutes to walk to the ancient city prayer wheels. There is a bar opposite the hotel. Friends who like to go to bars can go there. There is parking at the entrance of the hotel. There are not many parking spaces. You can also park on the roadside.

Every staff always answer our questions sincerely and go the extra mile for every small request we made. They added us on wechat, provided us tips and responded promptly to all our requests during the trip. The room has floor heater and heater in bathroom. They provided hats, sunglasses in the room as the UV in Shangrila is very strong (not to be brought home) but we love it that they provided it for us. Fantastic location, right at the entrance of ancient city. 5 mins walk to 大金筒。 Comfy beds, sofa area with TV. Love it!! Will return for sure!

The boss is very nice and enthusiastic. He talked to us a lot and was very happy. The atmosphere is very good. There are two cats and a dog inside. They are all very cute. The accommodation is in Dukezong Ancient Town and is very close to the attractions. The important thing is that there is Xiaokai's autograph inside. Located inside the old town and about 200 meters to the center of it. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel owner is friendly and also helpilful. I also rented an electric bike from the hotel, and it was new and really comfortable to ride. Overall, I had a good experience at this hotel

The location of the homestay is very good, 2 minutes from the parking lot and only 1 minute to Sifang Street. The hotel feels very old. I booked a star room, but it felt like the floor height was very low. There was serious air leakage from the windows and doors, and the floor heating was not very hot. You can only see the prayer tube through a small gap in the window. It is better to book an ordinary standard room downstairs, at least the room type is normal. The staff's service is very good, and the courtyard setting is very warm.

The front desk service is very good and they clean every day. The room is also very large. Although it is not in Dukuzong, it can be reached in 5 minutes by car. I suspect the hotel and the surrounding were not damaged by the fire as it remains in ******* style. There were many places to take photo in the surrounding area. The place is well equipped and well maintained. The staffs were nice people and ready to serve. They even arranged pick up on the day I arrive at the old town entrance and airport transfer for me on the my departure.
