Free pick-up service from the airport was big plus. Lady at the front desk is so helpful and nice, she arranged carpooling for me from Shangri-La to Lijiang.

Very helpful the guy at reception, he helped me with everything and kept in touch with me on wechat all the time, guiding me on where to go and how. The room has floor heating and the water in the shower is hot and strong.

Overall it was good. It was quite warm. The bathroom was a bit cold for ventilation and showering. The hot water was too hot and we couldn't adjust it properly. The boss was nice and gave us a free room upgrade. They were often not in the store. I didn't enjoy the pick-up service. They seemed very busy and I was sorry to bother them (no picture)

Tibetan-style homestay, the yard is full of roses and dahlias, it's so beautiful. The homestay has two floors, we stayed on the first floor, with large floor-to-ceiling windows, large and clean rooms, and a large bathroom, but I was afraid of altitude sickness and didn't dare to take a shower😢
