The hotel was to hard to find. But the hotel offer the good room to stay. The owners also very kind & helpful. The hotel area also very strategic, a lot of store nearby. Even the hotel near to Dukezong Ancient Town by walking.

Very odd and not welcoming for foreign tourist. Very loud family and guests staying, rooms not soundproof, could not get a good night sleep. Would not recommend. Shower and toilet - Very odd set up, dangerous as you have to walk through the wet shower to use a toilet.

we booked the roof starry view, but unfortunately the window was cloudy. But the room was very spacious. The floor heater was good!
Only one side of the bed has electric blanket heater. Overall experience was good.

The location and receptionist is nice. They also have a pick up service from railway station or airport 👍🏻

The location is somewhat the edge of old city/ancient, but that means it's quite. The room was great. The hostess helped with grabbing a Didi to the airport :D

Located within the old town of Dukezong. There were many shops and restaurants nearby. Room was big and good for a family of 4.

Homestay is fine although a little rundown. In the ancient town, so convenient for sightseeing, landlady is sweet although she speaks no English. WiFi available. Would stay again.

This place is so lovely. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the room. The floor heating is perfect. The owner is really nice, she helped me booking taxis. I recommend you to go to this place to enjoy your stay in Shangri-La. Location is perfect.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It near with the bus stop and you can walk by yourself just few minute. The staff of the hotel is very helpful she help to find the car to go another place. 🥰🥰
