This place is so lovely. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the room. The floor heating is perfect. The owner is really nice, she helped me booking taxis. I recommend you to go to this place to enjoy your stay in Shangri-La. Location is perfect.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It near with the bus stop and you can walk by yourself just few minute. The staff of the hotel is very helpful she help to find the car to go another place. 🥰🥰

Great location, and we appreciated how they let us use the washing machine to wash our clothes.

Everything is good during stay, the lady boss is very helpful. Anything just ask her she will help.

The hotel location is within the confines of the old town. The personnel is nice but not very helpful and we have to carry the luggages upstairs. It is a bit noisy and the bed was not confortable. Could be cleaner.

Warm and helpful host

Room was not clean, not sure they clean the rooms between guests. They never cleaned the room during my 3 night stay either. Good location but wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

Decent room but needed a good clean. Lots of hair that never belonged to us, and no maid service between sleeps. Location was decent (although a little difficult to find at first). Staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier.

Hotel located in the old ancient but just away from the hustle and bustle. Nice and cozy room with terrace. Underfloor heating which is appreciated. Very grateful to the owner who let us into the room super soon after a flight. The only negative thing is that we found the bed too hard and the lack of privacy in the bathroom, which doesn't even have a door.

If people have large bags, It will be difficult to take it up. But the hotel staff helped with the lift. Makes it difficult to sleep) The floor temperature can be adjusted, which is ok because the weather is very cold on the day of stay. There is no TV, no refrigerator.
