Amazing family stay with farm animals such as sheep, lamb, alpaca, miniature horses, black swans, ducks and rabbits. Service is excellent with a wechat group. The coffe is great and the chestnut cake was delicious. Gorgeous mountain view and we particularly like the small island and 2 swings on the premise. They have an in house restaurant and photo studio. Highly recommend staying with them as we really enjoyed ourselves.

Hotel service was absolutely amazing. From day 1, they were very attentive to detail from carrying of luggages to even taking the time to decorate the hotel room for our honeymoon stay. On our last day, we were going to be late for our train departing Shangri-La and our luggage was still stored at the hotel after our check out, but they were kind enough to bring our luggage to the train station at a moment's notice so that we could catch our train, which we barely did, all thanks to their superb service going the extra mile. Would rate 10/5 for service if it was possible.

It is a bit of a distance from the old town, but that is where lies it's attraction. The whole place is very beautiful and very instagrammable. Service is top notch and the food is very good. We had dinner there for all 3 nights. We also got upgraded to the family suite which is very nice of them. Definitely a place you want to stay and boast to friends on social media later.

By far my favourite homestay❤️ it’s pricey however the treatment you will get here is better than 5star hotel. The room is clean and the toiletries are of good quality. The staffs are very welcoming and helpful. It’s definitely foreign friendly too. Best getaway especially if you are from city. Will definitely come back here again for the views and hospitality.

Best hotel with the best service My family had the best time at this hotel, the hotel feels like home to us because the staffs are very very friendly and kind, they give their best to fulfill our need and wish! You can meet dogs, pony, and baby goat on this hotel Thank you for all the hotel staffs for being so kind to us! I would highly recommend this hotel to those friends who like to experience nature , wild , relax & cozy mood . I am so regret to just stay for one night . all the staff are so attentive and friendly, they solved everything as request . I have stayed at a wooden hut which facing the snow mountain , the grassland and a lovely pond , horses , dogs & Sheep are running around , gooses are swimming in the pond , what ‘a wonderful place like a heaven . I promised to come back again 🌹

Honest to goodness, I'm a very picky traveller, but this is one of the best places I've stayed in. Not only is the place amazing, the butler group that they add you to takes care of all your needs. They have been attentive and patient, and have met every single one of our needs. We were having trouble adjusting to the altitude, and also the food, but the staff tried their best to help us accommodate, and the food here was much lighter than what Shangri-la had to offer, which helped to soothe our stomachs. The room was clean and tidy, and met all our expectations as we opened the curtains every morning to a gorgeous view. The animals there were also adorable and friendly, really giving us that that much needed break from city life. The photographer with the hotel was also amazing, and gave me gorgeous pictures! I strongly recommend everyone to give this place a try!

The best hotel for our Yunnan trip. Wanted to extend my stay here so badly. Superb service & hospitality from the staff, lots of adorable animals and they serve good afternoon tea too! Will definitely return again!!

The location is right at Napa Hai Scenic Reserve, really suitable if you just want to stay at the hotel and enjoy your holiday in the nature. The staff is super attentive and enthusiastic, they will answer your questions anytime, in the morning or even midnight, no matter what your questions are, places to go, how to go or find a private taxi to visit attractions. They even arranged to let us check in early at 9:00am as we arrived early and needed to rest due to high altitude sickness. A very satisfactory stay and highly recommend anyone have intention to stay at this place.

4 of us booked and stayed in a family room. It was very spacious and comfortable, overlooking the field and mountains. Occasionally, the goats, alpaca and dogs would roam in the field in front of our balcony. Staff took very good care of all of us. There was complimentary pickup at the train station - staff brought umbrellas for us and waited in the rain for our train. Afternoon tea/coffee and cake was also complimentary - we ordered rose latte, matcha latte, osmanthus latte, americano. Breakfast was filling with a choice of fried fritters, sausage, porridge or noodles, soya milk, coffee or milk. We also enjoyed the complimentary photoshoot with traditional costumes and paid additional for makeup (choice of natural $199 or elaborate $399). We liked the choice of outfit and makeup done very much. All guests looked equally beautiful and happy with the service. Photographer was also friendly - he guided us to several spots and gave many suggestions to pose. The photos turned out really well. We asked to feed the lambs in the field after the shoot and took some shots on our own. At night, there was also complimentary sleeping aid soup - we had warm snow bird’s nest with milk dessert that was absolutely amazing… I was so keen to buy it from them but found out it required 1 day of soaking and preparing. They created a wechat group for us to update and forward any recommendations to us to keep us all informed. Their service is truly top notch and we would definitely recommend everyone to stay at this place.
