I booked the last room during the National Day holiday. Although the price was many times higher than usual, I understand that I was very grateful to have a room for my family to stay during the Golden Week! The only suggestion is to clean up the sanitation. There are still dirty clothes left by previous guests in the closet. Shangri-La is a beautiful place. If the service is improved, the hotel industry will definitely have a bright future!
