We had an amazing time at Kevin trekker's in. It's a great hostel for adventurous travellers. Xiau speaks English and made us feel at home. She invited us to join dinner with 'the family' and some other guests and we ate some amazing chinese food together. We had a good sleep and enjoyed the fire wood stove and the butter milk tea.

We stayed here 3 nites. Very convenient. Owner upgraded our room. Good service, we were given extra bottles of water even on our last day leaving to train station, very thoughtful owner.

Xiao and her cousin were very friendly, and even invited us to have dinner with them! The day after, they also brought us to the train station; very pleasant stay! 😊
The hotel is also located close to the ancient town, with a view over the city.

Unfortunately the owner was not around when I need urgent help I tried to call him twice but he didn't answer. I waited in the hotel from morning till 9.30 and no one was around.... I went out and came back.... Still no one around only the cleaner.... This is not forigner friendly place... The bathroom was dirty... The commen sitting are was super dirty... The good things is the view... The location and cleaning kit was available

A good location which is near Duzekong Ancient Town/shopping town, around 10 minute walk. The hotel is on an elevated part of the city so you can see the ancient village from the hotel especially if you book the room that we booked. The hotel room is large with basic necessities. It has a large balcony which overlooks the city which we truly enjoyed. The owners are super nice but only speak a little English.
