A new hotel with elevators and floor heating. The most important thing is that it is clean. The sheets and quilts are all new. There are elderly and children who all like it. It's very comfortable. It's cold at night in Shangri-La. The hotel provides blankets. It's close to the ancient city and there are many snacks around. Highly recommended.

Finally a hotel that meets our cleanliness expectations! The room was perfectly equipped with very comfortable beds and above all very clean.

I booked a deluxe standard room, but after entering, I found that the hotel only had one room type. The front desk initially said that the deluxe standard rooms were on the third floor, but later changed their story and said they were on the fourth floor. The difference between deluxe and business rooms is that the internet speed and water flow in deluxe rooms are better, but each room has an independent router, and the water pressure should be the same as the floor. It gets bigger as you go down, and it’s not clear whether this difference really exists. The light in the bathroom in the room was broken, and the switch had to be turned on with great force, and it was difficult to turn it on and off. The two bottles of mineral water provided were of different brands and sizes. It felt like they were put together with leftover water from different places. The pillows in the room were also of different heights, and the sheets were torn in places. But what's better is that the room has an electric blanket, the location is convenient, it's very convenient to go out for meals, it's relatively safe, and the service attitude is good.
