There is free parking. The front desk is warm and polite. The hotel is very close to the ancient city. You can also see the snow-capped mountains in the room🏔️
It is recommended to repair the handle of the bathroom shower head. The side is broken and it is easy to cut your hand...
Three people stayed in the family room, and only two people were given toiletries/towels... If it was because I didn't check in, the cleaning lady at the front desk didn't know, but she didn't deliver it after I checked in... It can be regarded as one of the shortcomings of the hotel.

No matter where you go, it is more reassuring to stay in Vienna. The hotel is clean and tidy. This time I came to Shangri-La and rested well. The front desk staff was enthusiastic.
