It was a very good stay, staff was very kind and helpful. Service was great as well. location of hotel is very convenient, many good eateries nearby and all within 30 minutes drive of famous hotspots in shangri-la. Would come back again

Upgrade to oxygen supply room. Room size is spacious with window.
Downside: Showering area has no hook to hang clothes. So gonna take off outside!! But where to put outside?? On the wash basin?
Delivery guy can easily access each floor of hotel room without card because lift has no card scanner.
Separate showering area and toilet. That’s good for others to use without waiting.
Breakfast is good and crowded in the morning before 8am
Overall is comfortable to stay.

It was a great experience. Massive space their room is and clean, cozy. We enjoyed the coffee from their breakfast a lot. And the location of this hotel is super convenient to get food and close to the downtown
