We really enjoyed our stay here at Shangri-La Yunyue Hanya Inn during our short visit to Shangri-La. The inn is strategically located. It’s a 10 minutes car ride from the ShangriLa train station, and it’s only a few minutes walk to the old town area. Plenty of eateries, supermarkets and pharmacies. Very convenient. It’s a smart home so everything in the room is controlled by AI. The host and hostess, Mr Hu and Ms Zhang are super friendly and accommodating. Always asking if we’ve taken our meals and if we had fun while we were out. They provide hot rose milk (super yummy!) at night and also free breakfast (though mentioned in all bookings that it doesn’t come with meals). I’d recommend this place to anyone who visits Shangri-La. Oh, they even scheduled a driver to take us to the train station for free. Kudos to them for the giving such superb service! P.S They have no aircond as the weather gets pretty cool at night. Super bright side is - They have bidets! ❤️

Love our stay here! The host was very happy to share advice on where to go and how to get there by sharing the key location pins. We also had a good experience booking activities thru the host, and not be worried about the price being marked up. He even invited the guests for tea with them in the lobby frequently and offered rose milk at night. The oxygen supply was also very useful as one of us had difficulty getting used to the high altitude.

Friendly & very helpful host, they provide very helpful information & advice during our stay also arrangement for our trip. This guest house just opened less than a year. Room is cosy . Moden equipped . Value for money👍

Hotel is clean and service of the hotel is super good i am so impressed with the service and the lobby hotel reserved a takeaway dinner for me and it was tasty and chep ..very impressive!

Nice little inn with the loveliest Mr Hu who was such a welcoming, hospitable man. He would make sure we were well taken care of by helping us out with our laundry, picking us up and dropping us off at the station and recommending drivers and spots. Highly recommended and would come back !

The environment is good, the owner is warm and feels like home, the sanitation is super clean, the big bed in the room is very comfortable, all are smart home, and the breakfast is super delicious. The owner and his wife of this B&B are very friendly and welcoming. They gave us a lot of tourist resources and helped us arrange a toast banquet, including pick-up and drop-off. This is the most comfortable homestay in Yunnan. I had a little altitude sickness when I first arrived. The boss gave me Tremella soup and hot milk. The room was very clean.
