Shangri-La Blun Tusiyuan Homestay

On the last day of the May Day holiday, the cold and wet weather affected our mood for traveling, but when we entered the restaurant of the B&B, we were warmed by the warm stove, so comfortable! The owner of the B&B, Nongbu, was warm and sincere, and took us to visit the essence of the B&B. It is the best residential building I have ever seen! A masterpiece! The dinner and breakfast prepared by the hostess were very delicious, and the barley cake was absolutely the best I have ever eaten! Grandma and mother are very enthusiastic, a simple family! I will go again when there is blue sky and white clouds!

The decoration is very ******* and luxurious. I sighed several times that this is a wealthy family haha ​​~ The key is that the boss and his family are very nice. The yak beef hotpot we had in the evening was very fresh and the portion was super large. In the morning, I was lucky enough to have the breakfast made by the ******* family. I was definitely full again. The butter tea was the best I had in Shangri-La, it was rich and mellow, not too salty and not too sweet!

Overall, it is a living space with humanistic characteristics. Through communication with the boss's family, I can personally experience the unique living environment and cultural customs of the Tibetans. I am willing to pay for the added value of humanities, so I feel that the cost performance is very high. It is the kind of house that I would like to come back to live in if I have the opportunity. Environment: It is a very open and beautiful ******* mansion! This is the house where the descendants of the Tusi of Bulun Village live. All the wood carvings are hand-carved. The restaurant and living room are very gorgeous and elegant. The owner will also enthusiastically take us to visit their proud home 😆~ The landscape is Napahai on one side and Shika Snow Mountain on the other side. It is very open and refreshing. (But this also determines that the homestay itself is in a relatively remote village. The infrastructure around the outside world is not very complete. There are no takeaway shops. If you want to buy things, you have to buy them in the city and bring them over.) Hygiene: The yard and the house are bright and clean. The hostess personally tidied the room. Service: Super awesome! If you come a little late for breakfast, they will help us make some more. They will drive us to the homestay for free, so you don’t need to take a taxi yourself. In addition, if there is an emergency, they will help us solve it even at night during the Spring Festival. Thank you very much! A very good and simple family. Facilities: The room has very useful electric floor heating and diffuse oxygen supply machine, which is a key life-saving artifact in Shangri-La in winter. The bed is very spacious and the room is very large, so it is very comfortable to live. (However, the infrastructure construction of the village itself does not have such a high carrying capacity, which may lead to overload and frequent power outages in the village during the peak tourist season, but don’t worry, it will be restored in a few minutes. I was a little speechless at first, but later I thought it was also a very interesting experience hahaha)

The innkeeper spent nearly 10 million yuan and three years to build this building purely by hand. It is exquisite and magnificent. The room is very large and spacious. I went to Shangri-La in November. It was minus 9 degrees Celsius outside, and the floor heating in the house can make you sweat. The inn is located in Napahai, an important attraction in Shangri-La. The scenic spot is right outside, and you can swim in Napahai anytime, anywhere. Friends who go to Shangri-La must stay in Napahai, not in the ancient city. The ancient city is complicated and of poor quality. Staying in this inn can help you find your place for travel.

Finally, I stayed in a B&B in China. The host and his family also live in this real ******* mansion. Breakfast and dinner are all authentic local flavors. We checked in late and there was nothing to eat nearby, so we tried the host's yak hotpot. While waiting, the old lady asked us to sit in the living room of her house to warm up by the stove. The yak hotpot was so delicious that it swept away the stereotype of yak hotpot. It is a newly opened homestay with new facilities. Turn left and follow the ring road around the lake to Napahai. If you want to watch the sunrise, it is recommended to choose the one with snow mountain view. The other view rooms are facing south, and you can watch the sunrise on the terrace or corridor in the morning.

We booked a room with a view. There was a mountain view outside the window. The view was very wide. The hotel environment was very good. I was a little uncomfortable with the yak beef. The free breakfast was very good. You must get up early to eat breakfast. My stomach was a little uncomfortable at night after eating Yunnan food for a few days. The aunt made two highland barley cakes. When I returned to Lijiang, the boss helped me to arrange a carpool, which was 20 yuan cheaper than other passengers~

It's great, great environment, good location, right at Napahai, ten minutes drive from the ancient city. The boss is also very nice and welcoming, the breakfast is super rich, I love it.
