The hotel is located in proximity to the Napa lake, and with easy access. The staff was very welcoming, and made the experience great, they are very reactive and help with any inquires. The rooms are very clean and modern, and has oxygen supply. The food was also great, and local food is served for breakfast and dinner or lunch. The hotel facilities are beautiful, with a nice garden, traditional architecture and located in a very calm and relaxing area. We even received a little lunch bag for our travels with tea, water, and cookies. Pick up and drop off worked great, and was convenient for our travels. I would like to stay again, when I come back to ShangriLa. Thank you for your warm welcome and the wonderful stay.

This resort is only rated as ok, not advise to stay there. Room is not very well maintained service very poor, have to remind them to clean up the room every day. Breakfast time (8.00a.m.) but food are not ready and not very hygenic at all as we know this is a new resort, need a lot more improvement to it as they have part time worker working only 1 or 2 months, very disappointed. Not going to recommend this resort.

we stayed for one night , the staff is amazing , realy nice and welcoming... great room, nice dinner. it was realy windy ,so not much to do arround, but the hotel offered theier nice local exebition and local clothes so we had good time.

I stayed at Shujia in Luoguqing on May Day and had a good impression, so I chose Shujia for one night in Shangri-La. Facing the Napa Sea, the room also has diffused oxygen supply, which is great. For dinner, we had Shujia's specialty "Xiao Qing Spicy Hot Pot", which was as delicious as ever. Next to the villa is Napa Sea’s internet celebrity attraction “City in the Sky”. The staff are very enthusiastic and will contact you by phone and WeChat early. The service is very timely. I am passing by Shangri-La this time, and will come again during the dry season next time.

The room is large, neat and clean, with complete facilities and high-end. The room has oxygen supply and fruit. When we arrived at the manor yesterday evening, the ******* uncle gave us Hada, the highest courtesy, and helped with the luggage. The young lady warmly welcomed us. When checking in, she poured me a cup of roselle tea. Because it was so delicious, I couldn't help but ask the front desk to send me a pot of tea in the room after dinner. Dinner and breakfast this morning were both in the restaurant, which was great. It was the first time to eat yak beef hot pot. The portion was large and the taste was good. Two people couldn't finish it. The rice was delicious. It felt like I could eat two bowls without any dishes. The young lady's smile was so wonderful. She sent us to the car this morning and kept reminding us to drive safely.

I would call it a top-notch enjoyment. The large manor, delicious breakfast, yak beef hot pot, ******* cultural lectures, ******* costume photography, and top-notch butler service are impeccable. I will stay here again next time! ! ! ! I also took a photo of a double rainbow.

Environment: The location is really remote. It is difficult to get a taxi. We have to rely on chartered cars to survive. The biggest problem of not chartering a car is that we have to eat dinner at the hotel. If we eat in the ancient city, it is difficult to get a taxi back at night. Although it is on the Napa Sea, we can't get in. There is a horse farm nearby. Napa Sea is just a place to look at and take pictures from the outside. It is quite close to the Gate of Heaven. Facilities: Maybe the business is very bad in the off-season. Cost reduction. The building that was originally quite decent to check in was closed. We changed to check in on the first floor of the residential building next to it. There are some steps when going out. If you have heavy luggage, you need to carry it. When checking in, there was an old man to help carry the luggage. When leaving, the girl at the front desk said to help carry it, but it was embarrassing to let him do it. [When I first checked in, I was given a Hada with a sense of ceremony. The result was more outrageous. When the room was cleaned, it was taken back without telling us! Moreover, the Hada was of very poor quality. I couldn't find it for a long time when I checked out on the third day. It's outrageous that this happened in a five-star hotel...] When we arrived at the hotel at night, there were no street lights on. It was raining heavily, and we had to use flashlights to walk It's called a hotel, but it can be regarded as a homestay. It doesn't deserve the five-star rating. If I had to do it again, I would rather choose Moonlight Inn

The Tibetan-style house is very distinctive. The environment and equipment are very new and clean. There are feeding equipment, which can be turned off when sleeping. It is very close to Napahai and a distance from the ancient city. It is very convenient for us to drive by ourselves. They also gave us souvenirs before leaving. In the middle of the day, we forgot to close the window when we went out, and many mosquitoes came in. The housekeeper helped us change a room, which was very considerate!

Great experience. The manor is near Panahai, a 10-minute walk away. The room is large and clean, and the details are well done. In the evening, Zhuoma will also organize ******* experience activities, visit the ******* Cultural Center, make butter tea, etc. I will recommend it to my friends.

******* architecture is worth experiencing. In the Napahai area, ******* guides were organized to pick matsutake mushrooms in the primeval forest. The children loved it, and the adults also saw a variety of mushrooms. The mushrooms we picked were brought back to the hotel and were just right for eating yak hotpot!

The hotel is of excellent quality! Very *******, with 3-story villas, a basic public tea and wine tasting area on the first floor, and a small courtyard. The bathrooms in the rooms are large, and the toiletries are of good quality. There is a tea tasting table and Kung Fu tea sets in the house, and the mountain view outside the room window is excellent. The hotel provides anti-altitude Rhodiola oral solution and glucose granules in each room, and oxygen is also sold at the front desk. The welcome fruits green apples and peaches taste excellent. The restaurant's yak hot pot and matsutake sashimi are top-quality, and the breakfast is excellent. The souvenirs are thoughtful, and they also ask guests whether they have arrived at the next stop safely. There are too many advantages, and I will recommend it to all my friends

1. When we arrived on the first day, only one little girl came out to receive us. We had 6 luggage and we had to go up the stairs. The little girl was very active in carrying it, but one person was not enough! I can only help myself. I feel that there are not enough service staff. I walked around the hotel and didn’t see anyone; 2. There was no food for more than ten kilometers around the hotel, so I chose the hotel cafeteria. The cafeteria is not big as shown in the picture. When I went in to eat that night, there were four or five people at a table inside, lighting cigarettes, eating and drinking. The whole cafeteria was filled with smoke. It was small. The child coughed immediately and reported it to the clerk. The clerk just smiled. He had no choice but to go to the hotel to negotiate. The smoker listened to the advice, but in fact, the hotel just didn't care! 3. The breakfast is as shown in the picture. I can’t say it’s not good, but I feel sorry for the room price of two to three thousand! 4. On the second day of my stay, I developed a prickly heat around my neck and pillow. I reported it to the clerk, and then they gave me a wet tissue and told me to wipe it, and asked me to change the bed sheets for us. That was all. It was quite depressing. It is most definitely caused by unclean pillows; 5. The horse riding hotel gives you 280 per person. You can negotiate for 200 if you go to the horse farm yourself. It is only a few hundred meters away and the distance is much longer. Summary: The hardware environment of the hotel is okay. Near the Napa Sea, the Tibetans are also simple and have good attitudes. However, the service and management capabilities are seriously lagging behind. The sanitary conditions are very poor. It is the price of a five-star hotel and the service of an ordinary B&B!
