I stayed at Lisiman Xinsu in Shangri-La for 2 days, and it was a truly memorable experience. Despite the rainy weather, the views were still incredibly beautiful — misty mountains and lush greenery that made the whole place feel serene and magical. The service was excellent; the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. One of the highlights of the stay was the ******* photography experience — it was such a fun and unique way to immerse ourselves in the local culture and take home some amazing memories. The property also had lots of adorable animals roaming around, which added a lovely charm and made the stay even more delightful, especially for animal lovers. Overall, Lisiman Xinsu offers a peaceful retreat with a great balance of natural beauty, cultural experience, and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Shangri-La!

We love the big clean spacious room with nice view. The room is so big that we can fully open 2 big luggages and still have plenty of space. Located in the heart of the old city, with many shops and restaurants around. The bed is very comfortable, and they provided oxygen machine and humidifier, which are great for high-altitude stay. There is a sofa in the room, too. The operator is very friendly and helpful. He even woke up early to send us to the main road as it will be challenging to lug our luggages along the uneven ancient road. Will stay at this hotel again if we come back to Shangri-La. Highly recommended this homestay. The room is tastefully designed , spacious and comfortable. It even has a smart toilet. Felt like home away from home. The owner, wife and their son are all very helpful, helping us arrange our trip, transportation etc. They will make sure that you got a good deal and give good advice on planning our trip. It is also at a very convenient location to visit other attraction areas, shops and restaurants. We extended another day after a five night stay because we love the place too much and we wanted to have a relaxing day just to fully enjoy the place. The owner upgraded us to an even bigger room with a view to the temple at Guishan park. The owner also picked us up from the Dukezong Ancient town when we arrived and got up early to send us to the train station when we checked out. The hotel is in a great location, right next to the ancient city, and a few minutes' walk to Moonlight Square. It has its own yard and is very quiet. The room is spacious, and the toilet is separated into wet and dry areas. The mattress is very comfortable. The boss is a handsome guy, very nice, and he took the initiative to contact you to ask if you need a pick-up service, and also introduced you to fun places.

I was a little worried because this newly opened hotel didn't have many reviews, but it's really really good! First of all, the staff of the B&B are very enthusiastic and take the initiative to contact the station to pick you up. When you go back, they will ask if you need milk, which is very thoughtful. Moreover, the internal environment of the B&B is very good, with strong sound insulation, clean and sanitary. There is a water dispenser to get water, so you don't have to boil it yourself. The room layout is also very beautiful and fully equipped. I am satisfied! The location is also very good, very close to the ancient city, and it is convenient to take a taxi.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Shangri-La. The owner is exceptionally helpful, kind-hearted, and considerate. He personally picked us up and dropped us off at the train station, which made our journey so much easier. He even helped carry our luggage up to the third floor and ensured everything was taken care of. The room was very nice, tidy, and spotless. He also upgraded us to a bigger room, which was a wonderful surprise. The location is excellent, with the ancient old town and key attractions within walking distance.
