The hotel environment is super good, the balcony is the Jinsha River, the room is clean and tidy, the hotel security brother is very good, the service is warm, the lights in the room and the corridor are too dark, the quality of disposable toiletries is not very good (especially the quality of combs)

Our family booked 6 rooms. The inn had just opened and the facilities were very new. The rooms were in a very good location, right above the Tiger Leaping Gorge. There was a Naxi village on a relatively flat area on the mountain. The Mabang Inn was at the highest place in the village and the view was very pleasant. There was a beautiful scenery outside the room window. The owner and his wife were very hospitable. The chickens and pork they raised were very delicious. We had a lot of fun playing cards and making tea around the fireplace in the inn at night.

My friend had a high fever as soon as he arrived at Shangri-La. When he arrived at the hotel, he found that he had booked a room without oxygen. The housekeeper at the front desk was super nice and upgraded the last oxygen room for us for free (thank you so much🥹) The Spring Festival is approaching and there is a Chinese New Year atmosphere (the boss said there will be fireworks on New Year’s Eve🎆), there are many Spring Festival decorations, you can drink unlimited coffee in the store, and the small pot rice noodles for breakfast are delicious😋 I think the best thing is the towels. They are all disposable. I really don’t worry about the towels getting dirty. There is also a humidifier in the room. The bedding is also very comfortable. The floor heating in the room is also warm. There is also a free medical oxygen concentrator at the front desk. It works, love it 🙏

1. The rooms in this B&B are exactly the same as the pictures. The decoration style is very popular. The various facilities are beautifully arranged and the sanitary conditions are very reassuring. The geographical location is superior, located in a prosperous area, and the surrounding transportation is very convenient. Next time I come to this city, I will definitely choose this B&B without hesitation. 2. The landlord of the B&B is very enthusiastic. They are a couple from the Northeast. I personally like Northeastern people👍. The whole check-in process was pleasant and reassuring. When we got off the high-speed train🚄, the landlord and his wife personally picked us up. It was raining a lot that day🌧️ and personally led us into the room. Let us choose the room ourselves. The layout of the room is simple and fresh, with all kinds of facilities available and the sanitary conditions are very meticulous. The landlord patiently answered our questions, which made us very satisfied. This stay experience was really great, highly recommended!!! 3. The location of the B&B is very close to the scenic spots, so it is very convenient to travel. The room settings are simple and the decoration is simple. The toilet 🚽 is fully automatic. Pro: Room can see beautiful scenery. Very remote and breath taking view. This is what one pays for. Need to improve: Front desk service non-Existence, need training and improvements. We had a confirmed time with front desk for hotel staff /driver to take us to the designated scenic spots in the hotel vicinity. This was included as part of accommodation package. Late at night, front desk contacted and informed us that the previously agreed and confirmed starting time would have to be delayed by 1 hour, to ‘suit other guests’. Firstly, front desk previously confirmed scenic spot visits were one-to-one but was changed/combined with another big group of guests. Secondly, why was confirmed appointment time changed to suit other guests? We were guests too, and all guests must be treated equally. At the end, through our insistence, the original confirmed time was honoured by front desk, but our treatment by front desk staff is totally unacceptable

The inn is located near the north gate of the ancient city. Cars can drive to the door and there is a small parking lot. After chatting with the boss for a while, I learned that the boss loves freedom too much. He closed the store and went out to play since October last year. He only came back to renovate the inn in March this year. When we came in to ask about the room, they were planting flowers. I love this yard too much. The boss also planned the travel route for my friends and told them about some cultural colors here. Beijing girls are really good at chatting! Next time my friends come, I will recommend them to stay here!
