The hotel is decent for the price. It's near the airport so expect some noise from the planes taking off and landing. The facilities are not new. The reception stuff didn't speak English, but used translation software which they had handy, which is nice. Overall, a pleasant stay.

I was deeply impressed by the all-season hotel I stayed in recently. The environment is elegant and the facilities are complete: the hotel has an atmosphere and the interior decoration is exquisite without losing warmth. The rooms are spacious and bright, with complete facilities, from comfortable beds to convenient office areas, to intimate toiletries, every detail makes people feel the warmth of home. The service is thoughtful and the attitude is warm. From the reception to the room service, every employee is smiling and kind. They not only answered my various questions professionally, but also offered many practical travel advice. The food is plentiful, the hotel restaurant offers a variety of food options, and each dish of the exquisite buffet breakfast is endlessly memorable. Especially their special dishes, not only the color and fragrance are full, but also the local cultural elements, so that I can feel the style of different places while tasting the food. In short, this all-season hotel is a very recommended hotel. Whether it is the environment, service or food, it has exceeded my expectations. Looking forward to the next stay.

Check out for two days, thinking about writing a real feeling, convenient for others. 1. The pick-up master arrived in advance because the staff could not guide the staff to the exit on the 3rd floor correctly at the airport at midnight. 10 minutes late, the driver's phone patiently guided and waited. Special thanks.
2. The room environment is the same as the sanitation and advertising, so I didn't shoot it. Health is very good. The young lady on duty at the front desk at midnight has a bad attitude, but the consultation problem has been solved.
3. Although the hotel is small, the door face is not big. Management can be. There is a box lunch near the door, it looks not good, and it is not bad to eat. Not expensive 15

Great little hotel near the airport and Disneyland. Needed a hotel with breakfast, laundry included plus close to airport for a short stay. You can see the planes ready for landing when you stand outside. Shuttle to and from Disneyland and airport. Staff are very friendly and helpful. As soon as I checked in, staff booked my shuttle for Disneyland and put me on the schedule for airport. They stored my luggage separately so I did not have everything cluttering my room. Room service was great, especially when you are hungry but too tired to go out. This is China, expect Chinese cuisine. Shopping areas are a short taxi drive away. Needed the laundry room after Disneyland which is just downstairs. They helped me with my luggage even after I checked out, as my flight was later that night. Would definitely stay here again when I fly to Shanghai. To me, this stay was definitely worth it. These smaller hotels are sometimes underrated. To the staff, thank you for your efficiency and assistance. Safe travels solo travelers.

I stayed here on an international flight and stayed for 3 days. Thank you very much for the front desk ⭐️ Miss Wanhui. She is kind and kind. Seeing that a girl of mine took the luggage of an international flight, she also called another young lady and helped me get four big suitcases. Oh, God, it's really a five-star general service. Not expecting so much, family details.
Quite quiet, no evaluation said that it is not soundproof, and there is no sound of the plane. The business room on the C5 floor is very comfortable. The surrounding area is also very quiet. McDonald's sells coffee and Wal-Mart. It is not as good as the city, but it is not deserted.
Much better than the surrounding homestays (the picture was fresh before, the picture was particularly beautiful, and the result was expensive and cold). Shanghai in November still has to live in a chain hotel, because the suburbs of Pudong are too cold.

Overall very satisfied with this hotel. I arrive around 2am, call to front desk, they pass a driver contact to call. Call the driver and wait for 30minutes. Driver came with a bus that pickup 3 hotels that share this shuttle bus. From airport distance to hotel takes around 30 minutes drive. Room is clean and tidy, with all the amenities that you need, hot shower clean bed and quiet environment. I would say is a good price for overnight hotel that close to the airport and want to have a few hour rest before you going to a meeting next day. Will consider book again next time.

AASLSEnjoyed my stay here very much. The location is very nice and about 20 minutes walk from South Sha'anxi Road metro station. Very bustling area with lots of interesting shops and large malls nearby. Room was a bit small but had everything I needed and was clean with a comfortable shower and bathroom. Staff was very nice and helpful, and could also speak some English. Overall enjoyed my stay and worth the price, and I'd stay here again next time! Thanks!!

HHEINZ888Arrived at the hotel at 00:35h using the 24h transit. Taxi driver didn't know how to drive to the hotel.
Entered the hall and went to the (Concierge?)desk on the left. There was no one there... The hotel management should have put a noticeable sign with the text that the lobby/reception is located on the 3rd floor. I had to ask a guest where the lobby/receptiondesk was.
The service at the receptiondesk was excellent. Also made a reservation for the shuttlebus to the Pudong Airport T1 (08:30h), the shuttlebus to the Pudong Airport was free of charge.
The bedroom was nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent.
Overall 4 stars out of 5, due to the lack of information about the lobby location.

First of all, in the first few days of our stay, Miss Vicky, the director of the guest relations department, took the initiative to contact us, added her contact information, and asked us about our check-in time, any needs, etc.! And upgraded our room type for free! The service is very considerate!
After checking in on the day of check-in, he took the initiative to introduce us to the hotel and the room, and thoughtfully prepared welcome fruits, tea and desserts for us! Welcome sign, and luggage tag with our own names...
The room facilities are all very high-end! Very clean! The service is also very good! Good looking, warm and friendly, they made us feel like home!
Breakfast can be delivered to our room, it is delicious and unique!
The gym is very large, and there are dedicated staff to provide water, towels and cut fruits!
In addition, the afternoon tea is delicious! The view from the top terrace is beautiful!
Finally, considering our flight, they also provided us with a late check-out for free! They gave us valuable chocolates and candies before leaving! All in all, I am very satisfied with this experience. I will come to Shanghai again during the Qingming Festival and will continue to stay at Bulgari!

The only things I found could've been improved or could be better with my stay we're that there was only one chair on my balcony, only one bathrobe and pair of slippers we're prepared s well. There was also a desert prepared in the room, but it was sour.

DDKWThe hotel’s location is very convenient for anyone who wants to fly out from Hongqiao airport; it only takes a few minutes to walk over there.
The service provided is very good. Essentials such as Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, toothbrush and toothpaste are provided. I booked a room with breakfast included, which was a great choice. The breakfast buffet has tons of options to choose from.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Srui Tong arranged found a room with a window for my stay. The room is very clean and quiet ; Two complimentary bottle water are provided.
I had a nice stay, will be back soon.

Among downsides - no walking pathes, you have to walk on the roads with the cars driving. Only near the lake and in the forest there is one path for pedestrians only. Not convenient with a child. Also, if they had an outdoor swimming pool wouldn't have been perfect.

The hotel towers are like a maze easy to get lost especially when looking for breakfast.
The UFO restaurant is really nice and the skydome bar has some good cocktails.

AAlfonsoI stayed for 4 nights. Overall it was a pleasant stay. I have two suggestions: 1) my room was significantly smaller than the previous stay and I was a bit disappointed. Maybe it was clear in the description when I booked, but I would have happily upgraded for a nicer and wider room. 2) on my floor, 14th floor, there was a strong smoke smell and even some cigarettes on the floor near the elevator. I would personally choose another hotel if smoke is allowed in the hotel and definitely if there is smoking allowed on my floor. Please consider the above as I would not stay again if smoking is allowed. I appreciate the good service at the checkin and checkout and the concierge for luggage storage. I also enjoyed the convenience provided by the vending machine on ground floor.

MMiss WorldwideLovely hotel in a pretty good location. Loved the cloud bar! Staff seemed very confused about the “gifts” included in the hotel booking, and opening times of the bar for new years but Mr Lee was very helpful. The rooms are decent. A little dirty marks on the wall. Could definitely offer better services such as changing bedding pillows or room service. Not worth the money we paid.
