Good hotel with good location. Sometimes it's a little bit dirty,but i like comfortable stay

The room is close to the elevator, and the elevator dinged all night. There was less dinging in the middle of the night, but it would ring at 2 o'clock unexpectedly, and I, a light sleeper, didn't sleep well. The surrounding environment is very good and the transportation is convenient.

This hotel is very old and shabby, and does not match their chain's reputation. Location wise is great as they are next to Pudong Avenue metro station exit 8. There is no lift in two buildings. I requested to get a free room upgrade to be in a lift accessible room because that day was my birthday. Unfortunately, I got rejected directly, saying that the price difference of RMB50 per night is huge whereby I'm staying for 2 nights. TBVH, I got a free upgrade without requesting in Suzhou which worth SGD240 ish two nights as I was checking out on my birthday. The staff is not friendly and helpful at all, they all have faces like I owe them billions :) The only friendly staff is the housekeeper aunty. One grateful thing is that I arrived at the hotel about 10.30am and they have a room for me to put my luggage aka check in. However, the room's floors are spoiled and wallpapers are brownish even some parts at the bottom beside the bed are tearing off (didn't manage to take photos of the wall).

This time I went to road construction, except that the outside was a bit dirty, but the inside of the hotel was good, clean and quiet, and it was good to get a suite at this price. There are refrigerators and air purifiers in the room. I am satisfied with the service and sanitation. The only complaint is that the lights in the room are too dim. All the lights are turned on, but they are still not on. This should be improved, and the lights should be brighter. It needs to be adjusted more reasonably.

Stayed in room 301 and i am told it is considered a ”big” room, but i would say it is good enough for a tight fit. And because i am there to attend the furniture fair, the leisurely stroll to and from the fairgrounds is as good as it gets. Hotel is hampered by it small size, wish they can acquire the next door and expand, as i surely feel they can fill all the rooms easily in view of their fantastic location. And if they can have a in-house kitchen for breakfast, that would be really great.

The specialty restaurants in the square are dense, with Shanghai famous Qinhuangji, rich chain stores, Hangzhou cuisine, Sichuan cuisine, Cantonese cuisine, Italian restaurants and other delicacies for guests to choose from, and Yonghui Supermarket is within easy reach. In short, this Hanting Youjia Hotel has good service, high cost performance, and deserves 5 points!

The front and back yards of this house are green, very beautiful, the boss is very nice. The breakfast is exquisite and delicious, and the boss makes the hand-made coffee. It is very quiet at night. It is the mattress for two people to sleep. One person turns over. It will feel obvious next to it. At night, my husband turned over and was awakened by the mattress several times. 😅

This house is less than 100 away from the Financial Tribunal of Pudong Court. The location is very convenient. The store prints a certain amount of documents for free. It is very friendly to lawyers and has a warm service attitude. I didn't have time to eat in the morning, and the waiter enthusiastically helped to pack and send snacks. I will stay here again next time I come to court. The room is also clean and hygienic

Every time I come to Shanghai for business, I will stay at Yuanzhihui. First of all, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful. Secondly, the location is excellent. It is opposite the shopping mall and only five kilometers away from the New International Expo Center by taxi. It is very convenient and parking is free. The room design is relatively simple, but the facilities are complete, the bedding is very comfortable, the hygiene is very clean, and the cost performance is high! I will also recommend it to my colleagues.
