Booked this hotel as I had an morning flight from Pudong and the availability of an airport shuttle had caught my eye. Everything was exactly what was needed. Good location. There are many restaurants, Macdonald's and also a shopping mall located right next to the hotel. Even the Shanghai metro station is within walking distance. Takes about 1hr by metro to Shanghai city center. Close to airport and Disneyland is just 15mins away.

Temporary intention, in the bubble hotel around Shanghai, the children wanted to soak, so they found this one. The hotel is relatively new, the room is good and quite big, because there are guests who can soak in the soup, there are not many people, so in the afternoon it became a ”private soup” for the mother and daughter. The water was clean and the water temperature was hot. The young lady at the front desk was very nice, patiently helped the children to put on the kimono, and the children had various concave shapes, which were beautiful. The hotel is right next to the ancient town of Chuansha, where you can go shopping and eat.

Airport pick-up service: We picked you up from the hotel at the airport. The chef and the pick-up girl were super nice and the service was very considerate. The lady who checked in was also very nice. She used Ctrip's room upgrade and also got breakfast (although I woke up late and didn't eat it, but the breakfast chef gave me some boiled eggs~~ The lady who checked out was also very nice. Although she didn't have the all-season tea scented spray that I wanted so much, she gave me two hand creams☺️☺️ Overall, it feels very good to stay here, very considerate! !

I am in international transit, with my mother, wife and two children, and a lot of luggage. To be honest, it is not convenient to travel. Citygo Hotel is very close to Pudong, a 20-minute drive away. The room is quite spacious, clean, and quite quiet. The guy at the front desk is very caring, answering every question, and has a great service attitude. I booked a ticket with the hotel. Free pick-up and drop-off. If there is no shuttle bus, take a taxi by yourself, and you will be reimbursed later The cost is really great. When I came to Shanghai Disneyland to play, I didn’t want to live near the lonely B&B, so I chose the more lively Chuansha Ancient Town. This is a hotel that has been converted from an old courtyard. The facilities are very new. The hotel is right next to the ancient town. When you first arrive here, you can go around nearby. There are many restaurants near the hotel, and the prices are affordable! In addition, the hotel has its own parking lot, so those who drive over don’t have to worry that their car won’t have a place to park! Since the hotel hasn’t been here for a long time, it feels like the food is not made by yourself, but bought from outside. The basic porridge, steamed buns, eggs and pickles are available in the morning! But it is given in a safe place. Although it can be added, it is still not as diverse and convenient as the buffet! There is a lack of food in this aspect! Hope there is more variety! The rooms cannot accommodate extra beds, but they have family rooms, which should be able to satisfy families with children! Generally speaking, I am very satisfied, and I will come here to play if I have a chance! By the way, the hotel has a free shuttle bus to Disneyland, but there is only one bus a day, picking up people at 6 in the morning, and picking up people from Disney’s parking lot more than 10 in the evening. It is an old house in the Republic of China. The environment is very good. The room is nearly 2 floors high. However, the air conditioning and heating system is not very good in winter and it is a bit cold. Service: The lady is pretty good and proactively solves problems. Exclusive Disney Resort shuttle bus transfer: The negative review is actually this. The hotel should be outsourced to an outside fleet like the hotel next to it. I happened to go to Disneyland in the morning without a car and no notice. I got up early in the morning and rushed to the parking lot to eat. Dragon, very impressed

All the staffs are friendly (it's very rare to meet staffs who greet you in many other hotels). As soon as we got off from a taxi, two hotel staffs already came out and helped us to bring our luggages. The location of the hotel is not too far from Chuansha station (Metro Line 2), you'd probably need 10-15 minutes because of the traffic (lots of people riding bikes; many bikes parked close to the metro.) There is a mall next to exit 2. Many small shops and resto on the way back to the hotel. A Lian hua supermarket (with normal price) is next to the hotel, making it easy to purchase daily stuffs. The hotel provide wide selection of yummy breakfast. They also provide transport to Disney and to Pudong airport. They are very on time. We chose to leave at 6 am (before the breakfast service time), and they brought us steamed buns and delicious soy milk. Their amenities are great. Body lotion, conditioner, detergent, needle and thread are available there. They even got a robot to send ”waimai” (delivery).

I stayed at this hotel several years ago and it was always clean, fun and very cost-effective. In addition to the children's paradise on the first floor, there are also birds and cats. Because I am an old customer, the front desk also upgraded my room to a room with the same bunk bed and an additional single bed. The window has good light and the sun shines on the big bed. The sheets and bathroom are all clean and tidy. This family room is suitable for a family of four traveling. It is recommended to stay here when visiting Disney Chuansha. The elevator only goes to card swiping floors, so it's safe and secure. The breakfast is average and worthy of the price.

I came to Shanghai for a short trip. Atour also lived a few times before. This time I went to Disney, so I specially chose a hotel that was closer. We booked two rooms, never expected to wait for me to get up at 5:30 in the morning, the door of the hotel room temporarily came out and couldn't be opened. No matter how to swipe the card, there was no response. As soon as the front desk staff came over, the question was whether it was locked inside. Are all the people out and there is still a lock situation? It took 20 minutes to delay, and we also specially bought the park's early enjoyment card, which was really anxious. Finally, the front desk ended the two-day breakfast for the staff in this room, (you need to apply to the above) and the friend of the other room who went to the other room could not compensate by the way. In fact, we left early the next day for this breakfast and didn't eat it. Disney is worth a visit!

The hotel has a beautiful environment and complete facilities. The newly renovated room facilities and supplies on Building C are of good taste and quality. The hotel is also connected to the Yichi Garden of the Internet celebrity coffee shop. Because I just landed at Pudong Airport at 5:45 in the morning on the day of check-in, I arrived at the hotel too early. The executive room I originally booked was not available yet, so I couldn't check in. It happened that the temperature in Shanghai dropped sharply that day. I was cold and hungry. Zhang Ping at the front desk very considerately made comprehensive arrangements for me. She first let me go to the restaurant to eat, and then upgraded my room type after checking the availability. Allowed me to check in early. In such a winter day, Zhang Ping's heart-warming gesture made me feel as warm as the spring breeze. Thumbs up for her excellent service👍
