CitiGO Hotel Shanghai Pudong International Airport

The service is quite proactive. When checking in, they will ask if you need to book the Disney shuttle. However, due to time conflicts, neither the airport pick-up nor the Disney shuttle was available. However, the hotel is not far from Pudong Airport and Disney, so you can just take a taxi. The room was cleaned promptly every day, but I found that the mineral water was not replenished when I returned to the room on the last night. The breakfast was quite satisfactory, and it was provided by 7-12, which was very good. The hotel is very close to Chuansha Ancient Town. It is within walking distance. The soundproofing of the room is generally ok, and the hotel is not very noisy. It's just because it is close to the viaduct, there will be slight sounds of vehicles passing by outside the window. The room near the elevator room is assigned, and the noise of the elevator running can be heard occasionally. But the decibel is not high, barely acceptable. The hotel is a little far from the subway station, and there is a bus stop at the door.

Citigo is my favorite brand, as good as always, the service of the girls and boys at the front desk is great, the service of the housekeeping lady is also excellent, the room is large and very clean 👍. It is a very good accommodation experience.

I stayed at All Seasons and Orange before. This is my first time staying at Citigo. I can feel that the service attitude of this hotel is really good and the hygiene is also very clean. Maybe the room I stayed in was not right. I really think the check-in experience is very bad. I took my baby to Disney and stayed there for two nights. On the first night, it was very stuffy after entering the door. I couldn't breathe. The child was awakened and cried. I called the front desk, and the front desk said to try turning on the air conditioner first. Then I turned it on, and it was still stuffy. Later, other clerks told me that the central air conditioner was not turned on for cooling, but only for heating. In other words, the more I turned it on, the more stuffy and hotter it became. Later, the hotel helped me use an electric fan in the room to circulate the air, and I barely slept for two or three hours. On the second night, the hotel helped me change rooms, and then I didn't feel embarrassed to say the problem with this room anymore, and checked out early in the morning. The problem is, as shown in the picture, I am on the second floor, and there is a piece of iron sheet about 2 meters below the window of the room. It rains, and it happens to rain. Even a light rain is like thunder. I didn't sleep well for two nights, so I checked out early in the morning and left quickly😓

1-The room is very smart, the curtains are electric, very convenient. It is also very hygienic and the decoration is quite new. 2-The front desk service is thoughtful and enthusiastic, and there are delicious wontons for supper at night! 3-There are morning and evening shuttle buses to Disneyland, and there are two night buses, which is very convenient. Families going to Disneyland can stay at this hotel, the cost performance is very high!

Late night snacks were provided and a Shuttle Bus took us to and from Disneyland. The room was large and bright, and the service was very good. I will visit here again if I have the opportunity.
