The address is very good, the subway is downstairs. Hotel service is also very intimate. The room is clean and hygienic. The room facilities are a bit old. We stayed during the exhibition. The room price was not low, but it should be considered the worst of all seasons. There is no breakfast room, and breakfast can only be delivered to the room. The food is enough to fill the stomach. The hotel is well-equipped with commercial facilities. There is a Vanke complex next door, with a complete range of food, drink and entertainment. It is a 10-minute walk to Qibao Old Street. There is a subway station downstairs, which is convenient for travel.

It is very close to the Hangzhong Road Station of Line 10 on foot, but a little further away from Qibao Station, so you can ride a bicycle. Parking is free, but there are many cars in the parking lot, and there are many people parked randomly, which makes it a bit messy. The service staff at the hotel are very polite and kind, which is a plus. The breakfast is quite diverse, including breads, salads, hot dishes, freshly cooked wontons, noodles with scallion oil, and coffee, milk, and soy milk. The price/performance ratio is very good, and I can choose something suitable even if I am on a diet. The service staff in the breakfast room are very enthusiastic. AASLSEnjoyed my stay here very much. The location is very nice and about 20 minutes walk from South Sha'anxi Road metro station. Very bustling area with lots of interesting shops and large malls nearby. Room was a bit small but had everything I needed and was clean with a comfortable shower and bathroom. Staff was very nice and helpful, and could also speak some English. Overall enjoyed my stay and worth the price, and I'd stay here again next time! Thanks!!

HHEINZ888Arrived at the hotel at 00:35h using the 24h transit. Taxi driver didn't know how to drive to the hotel.
Entered the hall and went to the (Concierge?)desk on the left. There was no one there... The hotel management should have put a noticeable sign with the text that the lobby/reception is located on the 3rd floor. I had to ask a guest where the lobby/receptiondesk was.
The service at the receptiondesk was excellent. Also made a reservation for the shuttlebus to the Pudong Airport T1 (08:30h), the shuttlebus to the Pudong Airport was free of charge.
The bedroom was nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent.
Overall 4 stars out of 5, due to the lack of information about the lobby location.

First of all, in the first few days of our stay, Miss Vicky, the director of the guest relations department, took the initiative to contact us, added her contact information, and asked us about our check-in time, any needs, etc.! And upgraded our room type for free! The service is very considerate!
After checking in on the day of check-in, he took the initiative to introduce us to the hotel and the room, and thoughtfully prepared welcome fruits, tea and desserts for us! Welcome sign, and luggage tag with our own names...
The room facilities are all very high-end! Very clean! The service is also very good! Good looking, warm and friendly, they made us feel like home!
Breakfast can be delivered to our room, it is delicious and unique!
The gym is very large, and there are dedicated staff to provide water, towels and cut fruits!
In addition, the afternoon tea is delicious! The view from the top terrace is beautiful!

The only things I found could've been improved or could be better with my stay we're that there was only one chair on my balcony, only one bathrobe and pair of slippers we're prepared s well. There was also a desert prepared in the room, but it was sour.

The service provided is very good. Essentials such as Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, toothbrush and toothpaste are provided. I booked a room with breakfast included, which was a great choice. The breakfast buffet has tons of options to choose from.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Srui Tong arranged found a room with a window for my stay. The room is very clean and quiet ; Two complimentary bottle water are provided.
I had a nice stay, will be back soon.

HhannahbananahI love Yiqinyuan for the calm and peaceful forest, I walked by myself during the last day and if you do visit, try to do it without any gadget. Just bring your keycard. Walk through the tall trees, hear the birds, feel the sun and inhale fresh air.
It is very sad that I have a non-refundable ticket that made me not enjoy the accomodation I booked. Since it was the coldest day of the year they decided to move all guests who stays in the container van rooms to their building rooms. To move In their main building I need to add more payment and we were relocated to building 5. It was also an advantage since the Foresta Cafe was there and the playroom (not so much in there but still worth the visit). However, the room we were in was so dusty, the aircon was blowing some dusty air and the carpet was so dirty. It ruined the whole trip and even of they were able to change the beddings and vacuum the carpet it was still tickling our noses. We were really looking forward to a nice Christmas trip but yeah. I booked 3 nights because we really love the place. 😭 The next day I asked again to be moved to a different room, they said they were fully booked but alas there was an available room next to us. The first room was so inconvenient because whenever we turn the lights off the WIFI also goes off. The fridge was not working well, the temperature outside was much better. The second room was better than the first room but the exhaust fan wasn't working.
The breakfast was only located in the main restaurant which was 15 mins (waiting for the electric car) away from our building. It was a race to get to breakfast and the seating was not enough to be near the buffet. Time is running and you have Marathon between your table and the buffet table. Food was great though they alternate between the dates. Dinner was also good and had great service but not so much choice of small dished for a small family. Local food at it's best!
La Foresta Cafe was interesting. They helped us keep our Christmas pies in their fridge. The only way to order was via the QR on the table but the catch was you have to pay right away for your order to go through which waa different from the main restaurant. So there we were waiting for our food but they didn't really get through and had to end up sitting and waiting for an hour. The next day it took 30 mins. for the food to come. The taste was good serving was big, can share.
The electric cars were very prompt and the drivers were very kind and polite.
The food again was really yummy!
The staff were friendly too.
You can buy swan/duck feed at 5rmb/2 packs at the coffee shop at the reception.
They were giving away eyemask and heatpacks.
The bottles water was also free. The snack at the room was cheaper than the vending machine.
It is far from the town so make sure you have what you need before heading to the resort.
They have hangers and iron in every room at building 5 where we stayed.
Not a lot of English speaking staff so bring some Mandarin phrases or get ready with a translator APP.
After a long mixed review I just wish that the resort informed us ahead that the accomodation will not be available and made an option for rebooking or ensure better accomodation it was really a hassle.

The hotel towers are like a maze easy to get lost especially when looking for breakfast.

AAlfonsoI stayed for 4 nights. Overall it was a pleasant stay. I have two suggestions: 1) my room was significantly smaller than the previous stay and I was a bit disappointed. Maybe it was clear in the description when I booked, but I would have happily upgraded for a nicer and wider room. 2) on my floor, 14th floor, there was a strong smoke smell and even some cigarettes on the floor near the elevator. I would personally choose another hotel if smoke is allowed in the hotel and definitely if there is smoking allowed on my floor. Please consider the above as I would not stay again if smoking is allowed. I appreciate the good service at the checkin and checkout and the concierge for luggage storage. I also enjoyed the convenience provided by the vending machine on ground floor.

Staff seemed very confused about the “gifts” included in the hotel booking, and opening times of the bar for new years but Mr Lee was very helpful. The rooms are decent. A little dirty marks on the wall. Could definitely offer better services such as changing bedding pillows or room service. Not worth the money we paid.
