Shanghai Hotels with Bars

I am happy to stay at crowne plaza nanjing shanghai, close to tourist attractions and easy to find food. There is only one problem, I deposit 2000rmb for 3 rooms and 3 nights, until now it has not been refunded. I have emailed but no response or reply. So who else should I email? So where should I contact regarding this refund?

The facilities were top-notch, and every aspect of my stay was truly enjoyable. However, what made my stay particularly memorable was the exceptional service provided by your front desk staff member, Yuki. Yuki's warm welcome, attentiveness, and willingness to assist with any request made a significant difference in my overall experience. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor ensured that I felt valued and well-cared for throughout my stay. This is the third times I came to Shanghai. So far this is the Best Hotel and Location.

My recent stay at your esteemed hotel once again exceeded my expectations, and I felt welcomed, valued, and truly at home. From the moment I arrived, the Guest Services Department team impressed me with their warm smiles, attentiveness, and dedication to ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience for every guest. I would like to especially commend Mr. Jiang Pei Liang, Ms. Ma Simin, and Mr. Zhang Yuanyuan for their exceptional professionalism and meticulous care. Their attention to detail and ability to anticipate my needs ensured I fully utilized and enjoyed all the facilities your hotel has to offer, making my stay incredibly convenient and comfortable. Additionally, the team assisting with my luggage demonstrated unmatched proactivity, courtesy, and efficiency. I must extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Wang Ji and Mr. Zeng Zheng Hao, whose exemplary service truly stood out. They not only ensured my belongings were handled with great care but also addressed all my queries thoughtfully and thoroughly. Their outstanding performance made me feel the genuine warmth and care that define your hotel’s exceptional hospitality. One of my favorite hotels in Shanghai is Pullman Shanghai Jingan. I visited Shanghai three times in 2024 and stayed in various hotels, including both local accommodations and international hotel chains. I would say that Pullman Shanghai Jingan is ideally located for travelers who commute by train and want to stay in the heart of the city while avoiding the crowds of Nanjing Road. The breakfast was fantastic, and the service was exceptional. This is a 5-star hotel, and it truly lives up to its rating. As for the amenities, you need to request them at the front desk. Once requested, they are promptly provided. I would definitely return to this hotel if I visit China again.

Lu. Zz Looking out of the window of the room, the scenery is quite intoxicating. Large areas of green plants and the green ocean sway gently in the breeze, as if they were playing a silent welcome song, and we came to Shanghai. The buildings in the distance are rolling. Under the sunlight, the outline is clear and It is full of layers, as if it is a picture drawn by architects and workers with the most hard work. In the middle of the building, you can occasionally see a few wisps of evening fire burning clouds, which is just like giving this picture scroll. It adds a little mystery. The courtyard of the hotel is even more unique. The flowers in the hall and the shrubs outside are scattered and colorful. In the middle, there is also a landscape tank like a clear pond. In the tank, the sesame fish in the water swim happily, sometimes jumping out of the water, splashing a string of crystal-clear splashes. The green plants by the fish tank, the slender willow branches hang on the water.

Hotel was clean and sheets were extremely comfortable. Room air conditioner was cold and working well (unlike other hotels in china with controlled temperatures) which I really appreciated. Room cleaning service is great! View of the bund is wonderful, though I was only able to see the Oriental Pearl Tower as the rest of the major towers are blocked by the building right infront of the window. Privacy might be an issue as people in the opposite buildings could look right into my room and bathroom, especially at night with my room lights on. I could also clearly see whatever was going on in the opposite buildings if their curtains were not closed. That is a pity considering the large windows the hotel room had to offer, as the view is mostly blocked by buildings right infront. Though you can walk to Nanjing Road, cycling is more convenient and if thats not what you want to do, the walk may be a little far if you want to go there often. You can also walk to The Bund. Nearest metro station is Yuyuan Garden which is about a 15-20min stroll away. Overall a really good stay despite the privacy issue, if you dont mind that then this is a good choice if you would like to be further away from the hustle and bustle.

Very good location. Easy to hop around places in Shanghai from this hotel. Nearest metro is East Nanjing station Exit 4 (with escalator one way walk up, stair to walk down). Room is spacious enough for one person, always smell nice and clean. They offer everything you need in the room. Comfy cozy place.

Comfortable rooms, decent flat TV, amazing views, good location, very good gym, sauna, good service. A good gym is crucial for me and this one is a 7 out of 10, great for a hotel. The area is great with the French concession near by and Jong an temple too The staff is very nice. The he breakfast is decent and you can easily order food with sherpas and get it delivered to lock boxes at the entrance. Good value

The breakfast is awesome , has a good spread. When you order for food delivery, you have to go to food collection storage outside the hotel to collect, the hotel will not send your food to your room. The location is good, very convenient to travel around.

Great welcome by the concierge that helped with my luggage. When I got to the reception, a young lady named Chancy Li helped me to arrange a nice room which I asked for and was very friendly. The room was comfortable and cleanliness was perfect. I like the coffee and tea selection in the room. Also the Christmas tree and decoration in the lobby is beautiful. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again.
