Please read this review carefully! ! ! The location is close to the subway station. The decoration of the hotel is okay. The facilities are older than the price. The outside is very noisy because the subway line 3 is an aerial track! There is a sound every time the subway passes by! You can't avoid it even if you close the window. As long as there is a sound in the room on the south side! ! ! The room I chose was a Canghai twin room, but it didn’t match either. The twin room was a converted double bed room, and it was very crowded! If you change to a regular queen bed in the back, you can only change to the south side. The north side is not close to the subway and you should not be able to hear the sound, but you need to pay the difference of 100 yuan. Facilities: No robot takeaways, no smart toilets, and no hot air from the air conditioner. Service: The two ladies at the front desk provide very good service! I was given two bottles of hot water and fruit when I entered the door, and a white rabbit was given as a gift when I checked out🐰 to give these two beauties a good review

Walking distance to a mall and metro station. Spacious room but furnishing is a bit old. There’s quite a number of insect (from drainage) seen in the room.

The full set of smart rooms are more comfortable, and everything is controlled by voice. You need to ask the front desk for toiletries. The most pleasant place is the disposable slippers in the room. The touch is too comfortable. Disadvantages: the room sound insulation is relatively poor, the sound insulation of the upper and lower floors is very weak, the sound of the upper room is clearer, and the sound of the corridor is also clear. The characteristic of staying in is that the hotel is opposite to Tianai Road, and it will be very happy to bring sister paper to play together.

Check-in wasn’t a good experience, but the hotel was okay after that. When I first checked-in, the room key cards I was given didn’t work, which was frustrating as the room was one of the furthest from reception. This meant I had to go all the way back for new keys after a long day. I just wanted to relax! Then the second room I was given didn’t match the photos on Trip.com, in particular it didn’t have a real window, looking over the dining area rather than outside. But when finally settled into the third room, the stay was okay. It was supposedly an upgrade, but it only looked like the room I had booked. The location is the big plus: right on Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street which leads to the Bund, both iconic locations that are great to visit. I didn’t have the breakfast as there were no spare seats, so I went to a nearby McDonald’s instead. The hotel needs to enlarge its dining area.

[Real Feedback] I took my kids to visit the Gundam Base and Fudan University. After choosing and choosing the Hailun store, I decided on the Hailun store. The location is very good for our trip. Public transportation and Didi taxis are very convenient! There is a supermarket and restaurant downstairs! 1⃣️Hailun store has fewer room types than other cities, and the area is very small. The corridor restaurants are all mini-type. Living in a large area is really not suitable for the whole season. 2⃣️The sound insulation is slightly poor, after all, the rooms are densely packed, and every inch of land is precious! 3⃣️Although check-in was a bit slow, the guy and girl at the front desk were very patient! Overall it's good, and it's cost-effective for business travel in Shanghai! Or just stay in a five-star hotel, the price determines the service! Either be economical and tolerant of each other!

The staff kindly gave us a Mingzhu tower view for our 2nd night here - it was a tough request but they made it happen! Thank you Jay! Location: 5/5. Located directly on Nanjing road where all the food stops and only 12 minutes walking distance to the Bund! Food: 10/5 The breakfast selection here is SUPERB. They have cold dishes like salad, hot food such as noodles and pan fried buns and local snacks such as fried rice cubes (?) Ci fan gao. I booked this hotel stay to celebrate my mums 65th birthday and the hotel staff are so sweet and organised a beautiful chocolate cake for us. Honestly, this hotel is fabulous and is worth your money!

What we love - its central location, cleanliness, a lot of food choices during breakfast buffet, heated pool. We just had some concerns during booking and check in, it was not indicated that our room has no windows but the reception just gave us this room without windows. Due to winter, temperature control cannot be changed so it tends to be very warm.
