酒店太棒了，超過了我的想象每天醒來都可以看到清晨縷縷陽光是一件令人開心幸福的事！房間房型超讚，寬敞明亮，整潔舒服，佈局很人性化，還有大窗户，可以晾乾衣服，不用再擔心潮乎乎的了！設施齊全滿足，3部電梯不用擔心遲到誤點，24H熱水WIFI，冰箱微波爐洗衣機樣樣有，投影投屏氛圍感拉滿👍交通很方便，樓下就有公交車站，離10號線天潼路地鐵站步行10分鐘不到，打車到高鐵站機場也很方便！C位景點看上海灘@外灘、蘇州路、乍浦路橋（三件套拍照最佳位置）超級近，走路3分鐘就到了！餐廳選擇多，樓下有特色西餐和連鎖餐廳，對面是城投食堂美食廣場，300米內有便利店水果店小吃店！安全係數高👍樓下保安物業，密碼鎖還有安全鎖，放心住安心住😄前台小姐姐很nice，晚到不用怕，態度很友好👍👍👍

1.空調出風板壞了2.床邊沒有充電接口3.電視是個擺設沒用。4.衞生環境差。 工作人員服務態度很好，位置離外灘很近。

距離外灘很近，不過景觀房的窗户正好被城投大廈擋住，所以什麼景觀也看不到，而且城投大廈晚上沒燈，就好像一個黑乎乎的大柱子擋在窗户中間，看着有點抑鬱，不過景觀房的窗户確實挺大的

地理環境一般，倒是還算清靜，可以看到黃埔江邊，到外灘觀景大道也近，步行10分鐘就到，這是唯一可以贊一個的，服務差到極致，沒有預先與客人溝通，導航到酒店到達房間門口也沒提示，一家人在走廊等了30分鐘，也沒有打通一次電話，剛好有另外的客人也是一樣最後才找到客服部門辦理入住，房間衞生差！灰塵大得係塵封三十年了。馬桶還是壞的沒有水，蟑螂還周圍爬！受不了的！！！！永遠的黑名單！

設施：房間空調又臟又破，廁所也比較小，而且廁所洗手池的那個水龍頭設計的也不合理
衞生：晚上睡覺的時候發現床單被罩都是破的
環境：我們是在12樓的那個複式家庭房，房間裏面看上去其實還是有點臟臟的感覺，特別是那個空調，又破又臟。
總之，這一次的入住體驗感不好。我是看攜程上他們房間圖片介紹下的單，結果入住的時候説有陽台的要另外➕100塊。

設施不行，投影器在頭頂突然掉下來差點砸在頭上了。洗澡浴缸式的，有的壞的，不好用。攜程顯示下午兩點退房，酒店卻要求中午12點退房，兩個字，很差。

#負評#對隔音，防治蚊蟲措施，酒店氣味，房間佈局失望；洗个澡的时间出现了两个蟑螂，想想夏天也难免出现这些情况，就打掉扔马桶了，没想到一个小时又出来一个，拍照发给店家询问酒店卫生状况，被告知因为疫情蟑螂变异了?????杀不掉，所以房间里出现这么多蟑螂是正常的?????询问营业执照个注册公司情况也是等了五个小时没有消息，从来没住到过这么离谱的民宿
