The location of the hotel is good, eating is very convenient, if you have to catch a plane early the next day, it is really recommended. I wanted to book a big bed room, but it was sold out. After consultation, I changed the twin room, but I can put the bed of 1.2m together. Compared with the same price, the room is quite large, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the shower space is large, and the hygiene is better in the e-sports hotel. The small shortcoming is that there is no window, no timely ventilation, and the smell of aroma in the corridor and the room is a bit heavy. The computer configuration is good, the middle network fluctuates, the front desk lady is very responsible, after agreeing to help the room, I also consulted the backstage technicians from time to time, praise! The monitor is not very suitable for playing FPS games, but playing other completely ok! The episode was that the charger was dropped after checking out. I didn't find it myself. Later, the hotel front desk called me and proposed a mailing solution. The service attitude was very good! Friendly reminder, e-sports room charges deposit, but understandable. The hotel may need to make some adjustments in the compliance of the deposit, because normally, it should take the initiative to issue a deposit bar with a financial or official seal. If there is still a need to catch the plane later, I will consider going again.

I took my child to the front desk and they upgraded us to a business room for free. It was really thoughtful. The room was very clean and the key point was that it was very close to the station. Parents with children can go there without worry.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this lovely hotel, conveniently located within walking distance of the Hongqiao transport hub. There is a wonderful choice of eateries on a food street just across the road and the breakfast at the Mercure is also copious and delicious. Excellent service, very friendly staff who do everything to provide a pleasant environment for their guests. I am familiar with the Mercure chain and I would not hesitate to give this top class hotel a five star recommendation in all categories.

I was on a travel with my son. The hotel is quite good , silent, clean. Mcdonalds and Burger king is just opposite to the hotel. however, to go to the train station must need to take taxi. becuase walking distance is too long.

The hotel’s location is very convenient for anyone who wants to fly out from Hongqiao airport; it only takes a few minutes to walk over there. The service provided is very good. Essentials such as Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, toothbrush and toothpaste are provided. I booked a room with breakfast included, which was a great choice. The breakfast buffet has tons of options to choose from. Staff are friendly and helpful. Srui Tong arranged found a room with a window for my stay. The room is very clean and quiet ; Two complimentary bottle water are provided. I had a nice stay, will be back soon.

Stayed a night here due to early flight the next day, pretty close to the airport. Came in November, weather started to become cold hence air-conditioning in the rooms are all centralised and there's no way to adjust it. It was a pretty stuffy night. Check in took quite awhile, might be new staff?

The stay was delightful, albeit brief. I arrived at the hotel, enjoyed a comfortable night's rest, and seamlessly continued my journey to the airport. Despite the short duration, I found the hotel exceptionally convenient. I wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers.

Amazing experience for me and my family. The hotel is located in a very convenient area, it's easy to find, a spacious and clean parking at the front entrance. The reception people were nice, specially the one in the afternoon of our checkout day. She was extremely kind and helpful with some issues we had. The room was nice, not very spacious but comfortable and very clean with very design and combination of colors just as in the hotel official photos. 100% RECOMMENDED. Will surely book again when come to Shanghai.

This hotel is still one of my favorites. Location is good when I travel to Hongqiao for work. When I was there, the air-conditioning was not turned on (as to weather in Shanghai not being 'hot' yet). This bothers me about most hotels in Shanghai... But it would still be nice if I could make my room cold. I love the beds at this hotel. They fit me. The pillows are great. I would not go out of my way to stay here. But if I am close I will definitely stay here. I've stayed at other hotels in the area and this is the best*! *You are in the flight path of Hongqiao airport so planes pass overhead. I don't mind and love plane spotting, but if you are a light sleeper you may struggle.
