I lived in the green season a long time ago. I lived in the community opposite the hotel. I went to the hotel for the gas leak. The first stay experience was very good. This time I came back from Guangzhou, I thought about living in a familiar environment and set it again. This time I stayed at the hotel and it has been remodeled. The room type, corridor, and the facilities inside have been changed. The hotel health is OK. The main problem is to take a bath, because the hotel shower is really not as big as the water flow at home. The time can be controlled in 10-15 minutes, which is enough to persuade people to retreat. I stayed for three days and took a shower and washed my hair on the sink. The good place for hotel service is for me to check in early. The hotel is very close to the subway station and Jinqiao International. If you travel, it is recommended that Hanting near Jinqiao International. The environmental services are very good.

The parking lot at the door is very convenient. There is free coffee and tea in the lobby. The lobby environment is also very good. The boy at the front desk service is very good. I upgraded the room type for free. I also sent an extra breakfast. The hygiene is also very clean. Recommended stay

I've stayed in this hotel many times and this is my first review because I'm so satisfied. The room is clean, the waiter is nice, there are midnight snacks, breakfast and hot mineral water. Next to it is a 1:1 Gundam statue. There is a Gundam base in the super large mall, various brand counters and a lot of food! I will choose Yaduo when I go out for travel in the future.

I chose this place because the castle-like architecture of the hotel attracted me. After checking in, I felt even more that I had made the right choice. The stay there was good. They are very flexible and allowed us to check in early even though we reached there at 8+am. We can wash clothes and it has dryer too. The staffs there were excellent especially the cleaner auntie, 周大姐. She was super caring towards us during our stay. Also, there is a mall just beside the apartment which is a plus point. Metro station is about 10mins walk from the apartment.
Not a fan of the bathroom door as it is slightly see through. May not be suitable if you are uncomfortable with this.
Also, 1 of the room that we stayed in was very stuffy on certain days even though we already open the window. Whereas the other room at the opposite was very cooling throughout our stay. Not sure is it because of the direction of the wind or what.
But overall, me and my friends are very happy with our stay there!

Environment: The location of the hotel is next to the community. Then it's super quiet. The hotel lobby + interior are very nice. I'm a relatively picky person when it comes to setup, but at this price it's really okay for this environment.
Sanitation: No way!
Facilities: basically everything is available.
Service: I felt it when I had breakfast. Very serious attitude. (There is my favorite custard bun, hahahaha happy.)

AASLSEnjoyed my stay here very much. The location is very nice and about 20 minutes walk from South Sha'anxi Road metro station. Very bustling area with lots of interesting shops and large malls nearby. Room was a bit small but had everything I needed and was clean with a comfortable shower and bathroom. Staff was very nice and helpful, and could also speak some English. Overall enjoyed my stay and worth the price, and I'd stay here again next time! Thanks!!

HHEINZ888Arrived at the hotel at 00:35h using the 24h transit. Taxi driver didn't know how to drive to the hotel.
Entered the hall and went to the (Concierge?)desk on the left. There was no one there... The hotel management should have put a noticeable sign with the text that the lobby/reception is located on the 3rd floor. I had to ask a guest where the lobby/receptiondesk was.
The service at the receptiondesk was excellent. Also made a reservation for the shuttlebus to the Pudong Airport T1 (08:30h), the shuttlebus to the Pudong Airport was free of charge.
The bedroom was nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent.
Overall 4 stars out of 5, due to the lack of information about the lobby location.

First of all, in the first few days of our stay, Miss Vicky, the director of the guest relations department, took the initiative to contact us, added her contact information, and asked us about our check-in time, any needs, etc.! And upgraded our room type for free! The service is very considerate!
After checking in on the day of check-in, he took the initiative to introduce us to the hotel and the room, and thoughtfully prepared welcome fruits, tea and desserts for us! Welcome sign, and luggage tag with our own names...
The room facilities are all very high-end! Very clean! The service is also very good! Good looking, warm and friendly, they made us feel like home!
Breakfast can be delivered to our room, it is delicious and unique!
The gym is very large, and there are dedicated staff to provide water, towels and cut fruits!
In addition, the afternoon tea is delicious! The view from the top terrace is beautiful!
Finally, considering our flight, they also provided us with a late check-out for free! They gave us valuable chocolates and candies before leaving! All in all, I am very satisfied with this experience. I will come to Shanghai again during the Qingming Festival and will continue to stay at Bulgari!

The only things I found could've been improved or could be better with my stay we're that there was only one chair on my balcony, only one bathrobe and pair of slippers we're prepared s well. There was also a desert prepared in the room, but it was sour.

DDKWThe hotel’s location is very convenient for anyone who wants to fly out from Hongqiao airport; it only takes a few minutes to walk over there.
The service provided is very good. Essentials such as Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, toothbrush and toothpaste are provided. I booked a room with breakfast included, which was a great choice. The breakfast buffet has tons of options to choose from.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Srui Tong arranged found a room with a window for my stay. The room is very clean and quiet ; Two complimentary bottle water are provided.
I had a nice stay, will be back soon.

Among downsides - no walking pathes, you have to walk on the roads with the cars driving. Only near the lake and in the forest there is one path for pedestrians only. Not convenient with a child. Also, if they had an outdoor swimming pool wouldn't have been perfect.

The hotel towers are like a maze easy to get lost especially when looking for breakfast.
The UFO restaurant is really nice and the skydome bar has some good cocktails.

AAlfonsoI stayed for 4 nights. Overall it was a pleasant stay. I have two suggestions: 1) my room was significantly smaller than the previous stay and I was a bit disappointed. Maybe it was clear in the description when I booked, but I would have happily upgraded for a nicer and wider room. 2) on my floor, 14th floor, there was a strong smoke smell and even some cigarettes on the floor near the elevator. I would personally choose another hotel if smoke is allowed in the hotel and definitely if there is smoking allowed on my floor. Please consider the above as I would not stay again if smoking is allowed. I appreciate the good service at the checkin and checkout and the concierge for luggage storage. I also enjoyed the convenience provided by the vending machine on ground floor.

Staff seemed very confused about the “gifts” included in the hotel booking, and opening times of the bar for new years but Mr Lee was very helpful. The rooms are decent. A little dirty marks on the wall. Could definitely offer better services such as changing bedding pillows or room service. Not worth the money we paid.
