Clean room with daily housekeeping. No doubt is a non-smoking hotel, there's guests continued to smoke within the hotel premises even though ”no smoking” notices are placed. The management may want to look into this. Breakfast was average. Allowed to take away for those in a hurry.

It's a very good hotel to stay ...very clean and very comfortable....it's easy tk get to all the locations needed .....and the food is very tasty and so good ...the reception is so good and fast in checking in ....

Quite hard to communicate with the receptionist and staff at the hotel, but some of them were really nice. Hotel room was small but clean, they change our towel every day. Breakfast is the same menu for almost everyday, but enough spread from rice, noodles, wonton, bread, coffee. Location very convenient, near east nanjing road metro station. Close to the bund.

Lovely hotel, large clean rooms with comfy beds. Excellent location and friendly staff. Check in and out was smooth and the little robots that deliver your take away orders to your room are a fun little quirk. Excellent value for money.

The hotel environment was nice and the room is hygienic and comfortable. The location of the hotel is close to the station (People’s Square) and nanjinglu street. One more thing would be the staff is very nice and friendly. Location: Superb. Just a 2min walk from Nanjing East MRT station and Pop Mart. We chose this hotel as we needed a short walking distance to MRT to get to Pudong Airport. Traffic can be quite bad so we didn’t want to get stuck taking a cab. Service: very fast and efficient. In wee hours 12am+, I had a few requests - asking for cotton buds, to help me with a new room key card, etc. I was served really quickly. There was only 1 staff at reception but she was capable and I didn’t have to wait long at all. Self service laundry was good! It has 2 sets of washers and dryers and also provide free detergent. Dryer was strong to dry all our clothes well! Bedroom: Clean and neat. We had twin single beds and were fine as our children are quite young to share beds with us. Comfortable stay. They have special teapot set which occupies our children in making tea for us. Staff: Honest with integrity. I left my earrings in the room and checked out. Thought they will be lost but I returned to the hotel and staff managed to find and give them back to me. Thank you so much! Breakfast: Simple local food (can do without or go opposite for MacDonald breakfast). Quick fix was ok for us as we needed time to pack our luggage and heading home. Overall, a great stay experience and we will return. Convenience + super clean room = 👍👍 A suggestion will be to allow guests to control the aircon. Even the weather is cold, we prefer to have our room cold instead of warm. The system was centralised and it didn’t allow us to change it. We felt abit hot when at night.

My stay was 6 nights and I had a really great stay. It’s only my 5th night that some guests smoked and the smoke got into my room. I would recommend this hotel anyway. The location is not close close to the metro but it’s walkable from People’s square metro station. They do the cleaning daily. It’s quiet and no light gets into the room at night. Some staff can communicate in English but if they don’t they use the Translate app and it’s fine for me. There is a laundry station as well but only 2 machines for each wash and dry. There is also an iron. I love it here :)

Clean rooms, but lift is a bit stinky. The location is nice, except for the bars downstairs that do create some ambient noise at night. I'm a deep sleeper so it wasn't a problem. Staff was friendly and helpful. Mini fridge in room would have been super helpful.

The whole stay is easy. Receptionist is professional. Breakfast rmb 40. Con is a bit distance from public transport station. Other than that is good.
