Friendly front desk staffs. Help with early check in and late check out. Clean room n cosy environment. Good location for foods n shopping. Highly recommended.

Good service and nice locations. Easy to reach with the metro, which then makes it easy to explore the city. Only downside was that when we stayed there we were woken up in the morning due to some water leakage outside? Which then also resulted in the water pressure in the hotel to be low. Since we only stayed for one night it wasn’t that much of a problem

Great trip. Pool was awesome. A little small but it’s ok for a city. The refrigerator didn’t work but other than, great room. Staff was very accommodating and made sure I had a place to put my items since my refrigerator didn’t work in the room.

I enjoyed my stay. The bed is so comfortable I’d sleep all day . Though it’s winter the heater took time to get the room warm. But it’s really nice hotel. Many surrounding restaurants and an atm less than 1km away. The Metro subway is also an 10min walk away. Most of the places I go to are all in the same area so very convenient Thank you

I was very satisfied with this stay. I didn't expect that Home Inn also has such a cost-effective room. At least it is a three-star standard. The hygiene is very good, and the hot water is sufficient. The important thing is that the floor of the bathroom is very non-slip and safe. Including the lamps in the room, they can be turned on and off individually, which is a bit laborious, hahaha, and you can leave the lights that don't affect sleep. I am very satisfied. The room was specially arranged for me by the front desk lady to be relatively quiet. Thank you very much for the thoughtful service, including the service staff inside. The attitude is quite good. A cleaning aunt is about to close the door, but when she sees that we are going out, she waits there, which is very heartwarming. When you look like you can't find the room, it is the room service staff inside who takes the initiative to ask, and then informs you. Because this building has been there for a long time, the lobby is relatively old, and there are many people coming in and out. I started to worry about safety issues. Home Inn is on the fifth floor. When you get out of the elevator, the store is very considerate to put a table for takeout, so you don't have to run down every time. The important thing is that there is a door and you can enter by swiping a card, so you feel very safe. I am really satisfied with my home. In short, I am very satisfied with this stay. I will pay attention to Home Inn's official account immediately and will definitely choose Home Inn in the future.

The location of the hotel is not close to the famous attractions, however, the metro station is about 7 min walk and can take metro to many attractions but would take about 20 min. The Holiday Inn Vista hotel is dated and could use a renovation as it shows its age. When we checked in, the front desk manager was friendly and helpful. However, there were a few incidents really disappointing. 1. Since we used eSIM and didn’t have a local phone number and couldn’t register for local map app and other useful apps to find restaurants, malls and landmarks. We inquired about the directions and attractions with front desk staff, and some were friendly and helpful but others were rude and irritated with us. Believe me, we are very polite guests and always thank them for their help. 2. A local friend tried to arrange a diner with us and had called the hotel multiple times and either couldn’t get through or was told that they couldn’t transferred the phone call to our room. After receiving text messages from our friend, we called the front desk and asked when our friend call, please transfer the call to our room. We were told that hotel guests can only dial out and can’t revive calls from outside. That made no sense at all, then we asked to be transferred to the front desk and was told the front desk staff was busy and we should call back in 20 min 3. This is a 20+ story hotel and they only have two sets of washer and dryer. This is simply not adequate to serve hundreds of hotel guests. Granted, the hotel offers laundry services but prices are really expensive. Done hotel guests did their laundry in the washer and left for hours and other guests simply can’t use the washer.. we stayed at the hotel six nights and wanted to do laundry before coming home, and didn’t get to finish laundry until 2:30am. We had stayed at other cities, and no other hotels offer washers and dryers onsite so I probably shouldn’t complain. 4. TV is really small (40”?) with very limited channels. It was difficult to watch TV in bed so we didn’t watch TV for Six nights. For what we had paid, I believe we could have found a better or newer hotel somewhere else in Shanghai.

Great stay at Home Inn Selected. Really convenient location. Breakfast was very diverse and delicious. Very clean and great service.

Service was fine, room was big and balcony I liked it but since it’s an apartment why not keep pans in rooms or in storage if someone asks for what to use when they want to cook, I mean you take deposit! This Should strongly be put under consideration! No full mirrors, just for toilets 😏 no speakers, soaps are tiny and no laundry detergent! For the price all this should be included. Cleaning part I give it a 5.8

The location is quite convenient. The room is relatively clean and tidy. The breakfast is very rich, with both sweet and salty food. The lady at the front desk is very nice and gave me some fruit. The snacks at the front desk are also very delicious. There is also a washing machine and dryer, which is convenient for business trips.

I went to Shanghai with my colleagues to report on my work, but after the team building, my colleagues went to chase stars! I stayed in a twin room by myself. The room was clean and tidy! It was very close to the company!
