Location : walking distance about 6-10mins to Shanghai railway station (line 1 and high speed railway station). It’s very convenient for those travelling within China via high speed train. There are some convenience stores (2-3mins walking)behind the hotel and quite number of restaurants including McDonald’s nearby the hotel (within 4-6 mins walking). This hotel is located just a few kilometres from the bund area and Nanjing pedestrian street, so it’s a plus point for tourists. Breakfast - buffet style, superb nice and good varieties from 7-10am. The service crew at dining hall deserve a praise as well. Can see they (especially a Chinese middle aged lady) are work tirelessly to keep all the dining tables clean and tidy. Others - we arrived the hotel around 12pm, and front desk receptionist allowed us to check in early which is a bonus point here. They also provided some hot tea and drinking water at front desk. Not difficult to book didi cab since we can set the pick up point right in-front of this hotel. Amenities - they did provided oral kits, shaving kits(upon request), hair dryer, washer and dryer and etc. But their washer and dryer is a-bit disappointing as our apparels are still wet although we have already put into the dryer for 1 hour.

I am pretty impressed by the standard of this hotel. Cheap and good. Most importantly it is spacious and clean. Only issue is the weird lift arrangements but honestly the standard is way higher than any other 3-4 times more expensive hotel. Worth giving it a try on such very reasonably priced hotel

High recommend! Receptionist and staff were very helpful and friendly - they went extra miles when we needed their assistance. The room was spacious and fits up to 4 person nicely. It is well equipped with everything you need and also a good mirror for ladies who do make up. The A/C can be a little difficult to control but it was acceptable. Free bottled water, coffee and drinks are a plus point - so we didn’t have to go for convenience store run everyday which we very much appreciated. Luggage storage is free of charge and they offered to keep our luggage for a couple of days when we travelled to other cities out from Shanghai. The proximity with Shanghai Station makes our trip to other cities way easier. It’s only 500m walking distance with pavements, so no trouble walking there with our big luggage. There’s also a beautiful river at the back of the hotel which offers one of the best view I’ve seen in Shanghai over the few days of stay. Will absolutely return during our next trip.

Location is great, the hotel is a little bit old but clean. The stuff is nice, professional and friendly. But the swimming pool is so small, and it’s not possible to swim in there. The kids have the swimming classes and the guests have no chance to swim. Before the parking was for free for the guests, and now we have to pay for every night.

One of my favorite hotels in Shanghai is Pullman Shanghai Jingan. I visited Shanghai three times in 2024 and stayed in various hotels, including both local accommodations and international hotel chains. I would say that Pullman Shanghai Jingan is ideally located for travelers who commute by train and want to stay in the heart of the city while avoiding the crowds of Nanjing Road. The breakfast was fantastic, and the service was exceptional. This is a 5-star hotel, and it truly lives up to its rating. As for the amenities, you need to request them at the front desk. Once requested, they are promptly provided. I would definitely return to this hotel if I visit China again.

Advantages: Very good location!! Just across the street from the station, no need to get up early to catch the high-speed rail, no need to take a taxi, just a two-minute walk. The service staff is nice. Disadvantages: The room is small and the facilities are old, including the hair dryer. The bed is very small, 1.65 meters is a double bed. There is a window, but it is closed and there are debris blocking the window facing the building. The picture is outside the window. The sound insulation is very poor. Someone coughed in the corridor of the building outside the window, and with the echo in the corridor, I thought he was coughing with a microphone, which is not an exaggeration. The phone next door vibrated in the morning. I heard it clearly. I thought it was my phone vibrating, not to mention the sound of washing and going to the toilet. Note⚠️If you take a taxi, the navigation cannot reach the door! ! You need to get off at the roadside and carry your luggage up a few stairs to the square. Baidu navigation can easily lead to the back of the building

While the hotel itself and its location are pleasant, I find the service standards lacking in comparison to a 5-star hotel under the Intercontinental Group. For instance, despite purchasing their buffet breakfast separately since it was not included in my room rate, the experience was disappointing. Upon entering the restaurant in the morning, we had to find our own seats as they were not arranging for us. To add to the inconvenience, upon returning to our seats with food, we discovered they were taken. This lack of organization was frustrating. Additionally, when I requested decaffeinated coffee, one staff member appeared unaware of its availability, stating they didn't have it until I escalated the issue to a more senior staff member who confirmed they did offer it. These instances do not align with the expected standards of an internationally renowned brand, particularly one as esteemed as the Intercontinental Group.

Nice hotel. I booked a room with a window but they put me in a room with a blocked one that smelled very humid. When I asked to change room they got me a different and very nice room. It was small but very nice . Breakfast is on the other side of the street and also nice.

The front desk service is very bad and unfriendly. In short, I will never choose this hotel to stay in when I go on business trips to Shanghai in the future. I returned to Shanghai on the 8th and have chosen another hotel to stay in. The cleaning lady was very careful and kept the room clean. She was also very easy to communicate with. Although the price is affordable, the service is really bad and she gave me a cold face. When I consulted, I was inexplicably scolded and indifferent. This is the worst time I have stayed in 50/60 hotels. I will never stay here again.

Booked it when I went to watch a show at Feisheng. The location is very convenient. It's very close to Shanghai Railway Station. Although the room is small, it has everything. The window view is beautiful. This is the advantage, but the disadvantages are also obvious. It's too close to the railway station and it's very noisy. The soundproofing is not very good. There is a lot of noise. I didn't sleep well the night I had a light sleep. Everything else is very good!

The location of the hotel is great, in the city center. Not far across the street is the subway, which is very convenient to the Bund, City God Temple, and Disneyland. There is breakfast downstairs, which is very convenient. The service attitude at the front desk was also very good and they upgraded the room for free. There are drinks in the hotel, which is very convenient. The cleaning aunt was also very clean. I will come back next time after staying for several days. This hotel is not expensive, the facilities are okay, and the air conditioning is very effective.
