I was very satisfied with the room. The facilities were very complete. When I came back from Disney at night, there was a free sweet soup, fruit and pickled pepper bucket delivered to the lobby on the first floor of the room. They also provided plum soup, tea and other things. There was also an amusement park in the lobby on the first floor. People with children can come and play to lose weight and free their hands. The breakfast restaurant was very rich and had a lot of breakfast varieties. It was open on the 11th floor until noon. The housekeepers cleaned it very well. It was a very good stay. I also recommended it to my friends. The lobby decoration was also very high-end, and the cleaning was very clean. Every corner was marble, and the decoration of the room was also separated into dry and wet areas. It was super good.

I have a nice vacation here. Everything was great. The cleaning service was so good. I really loved the location, all around was full of night markets. It's far from the bund but overall it was good.

2 bedrooms, livingroom, mini kitchen and nice shower. It was great for friends and couples for staying. Easy to access Zhoupu metro. Wanda plaza food court and shops just underneath. Quick service guys bring everything what you asked. Helpful guys booked Disneyland tickets easily for us. And room was fully smart .

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. It wasn’t very fancy- the carpets in the corridor was a by work out but the maid did an excellent job cleaning my room.

Very friendly reception staff, plus the little cute robot cleaner. On our first day of arrival it was Chinese Zongzi festival, the receptionist girl give us few Zongzi to try. And on the day we check out that i accidentally left my item there, the friendly staff called me immediately. The room is nice and clean, it’s pretty fashion designed, the bed is comfy, we really hate either too soft or too hard mattress but their Mattress is medium firm. Very good value of the money. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very easy to find, right next to the Little Shanghai Pedestrian Street. The room is clean, the cleaning staff are very polite, they will greet you when they meet, the sanitation is also very clean, the front desk service is also very enthusiastic, and there are robots that can deliver things, which is very convenient

The hotel has an elegant environment, considerate service, complete indoor furniture, and a comfortable deep sleep bed room. It is an ideal choice for business trips, with convenient transportation, complete surrounding facilities, and a great overall experience! I like Vienna, and the name sounds good.

The hotel staff ao helpful & also allow us to chek in early at 10am withdown any extra payment. Only a little far to the center, it like half an hour to 45 mins. Everything seem well, around that area plenty resturant delicious Chinese food. We would like to travel again but remember there only use Alipay or Wexin & they don't accept credit card at all. U better exchange cash before coming to China.

First of all, the good aspects of the hotel should be affirmed, and the service of the employees is still relatively good. For example, the security guard who guards the parking lot is quite responsible. Although the parking conditions here are not very good and there is no underground garage, which is a hardware injury, he still tries to arrange it properly. The front desk staff is also polite and professional etiquette is quite standardized. Special mention of Xiao Liu and Xiao Jiang, two front desk staff, patiently answering our questions, some small requests are easily solved, which is worthy of praise. The room service staff are also very good, polite and polite, and meet the guests' requests for water and paper replenishment one by one. Because the hotel was full for those two days, the children who took the exams filled the entire hotel, causing the robots to be exhausted. So they could only send us shower caps manually. Let's talk about the shortcomings! The hotel is built by the river. The small river behind is very dirty. There is still some bad smell from time to time. The river water has been drained in some parts to reveal the brown silt underneath, which feels a bit disgusting. This is related to the environmental sanitation management of the entire Zhoupu area. It cannot be said that it is a problem of the hotel alone. It's just that the hotel happened to be shot next to it. The most important sanitation problem of the hotel is not optimistic. The overall details inside and outside cannot be carefully examined. The carpet is old and emits some odors on rainy days. Including bedding, it feels a bit damp to the touch. The velvet surface of the chairs in the room has blackened handrails on both sides. The ground in front of the toilet and the ground at the entrance are slightly sticky when walking on the soles of the shoes, and they are not thoroughly cleaned. Other corners can't stand a closer look. There is serious dust accumulation on the glass windows, and the overall hygiene standards are not high. Fortunately, I was prepared. Except for disposable slippers, other items in the room were not moved. It can also be said that I dare not move, such as tea cups and towels. . With the exams over, this may be the only time we stay in this hotel, including the entire Zhoupu area. As an old Shanghainese who was born and raised in the city, I can only say that Shanghai is no longer the Shanghai of Shanghainese. The Shanghai you see is only limited to administrative divisions, and the traditional old Shanghainese spirit of grasping details is no longer there.
