Their both addresses, Ch8nese and English were wrong, and under the rain I had such a huge difficulty finding the place.
I would never found the location without their guide.
They use 1 time compsable towel, which may not dry you easily and enough.
Location is 10 to 15 minutes walk from the temple and 10 minutes from metro station. Given the budget, You can do better in other locations.

Room is very true to picture. Cleanliness is 7/10, a little dusty. Location is 7/10, need to book taxi around. Basic amenities provided but requested for toilet paper on 2nd day, owner did not provide at all.

I wanted to get down to earth and experience the local culture of Shanghai. After half a month, I finally found this homestay. The location is easy to find. It is in a residential building next to the main road. There are everything near this road, big shopping malls, small boutiques, subway stations, and a super delicious Japanese restaurant! What surprised me most was that I slept very well that night. It was already 11:30 when I woke up the next day, hahahaha! I wanted to get up at 8 o'clock to go to the city walk, but after the alarm rang, I decided to let myself have a good sleep! So happy! I will come again next time!

I came here to experience the old Shanghai house full of historical and cultural atmosphere. The location is unbeatable, right at the intersection of Julu Road and Fumin Road, the core area of old Shanghai, and it is very convenient to Jing'an Temple subway station. There is a small courtyard at the door that is really intoxicating. The red brick wall next to the courtyard is full of bamboos. The bamboo leaves fall to the wooden floor of the courtyard with the wind, which makes people intoxicated.
