Loved the location of the hotel which is just next to the subway station & it’s also closed to streets lined with local restaurants & groceries. The room was cleaned & beds were very comfortable. It’s definitely a thumbs up for choice of hotels in Shanghai 👍🏻

First, the bathroom in one room had a strong smell, then we moved to a room on the 8th floor, and there was constant noise from somewhere upstairs! It was very, very loud, and I couldn't sleep all night!!!

The hygiene is the worst I've ever stayed in a Seasons Hotel. The price is nearly 700, but it's only 200. The pillows have obviously not been changed. The hygiene is not good either. There are stains on the toilet seat.
