the hotel stay is great. room was clean. shower head water pressure was strong. nice to bath.
the drawbacks - the distance from the metro to the hotel ( approx ＞ 10 mins walk ) and the basement of the metro to the city level 1, need to go up up the stairs. difficult for someone like us - with luggage and 2 baby strolley.
but overall still a great place to stay in.

We stayed in this hotel for more than twoweeks. The front desk manager 小丁 was always very king, hard working, and helpful. Everyone else was really nice too. The only complaint I have is that the room price fluctuate quite a lot from day to day and even within the same day which made booking my weeks long stay difficult and more costly. This is beyond the control of the staff of course. Would appreciate the booking system rewards longer stay.

There are two points of dissatisfaction. 1⃣️The room we stayed in was in the back building. The waiter should have guided us to take the elevator in the back instead of letting us take the elevator in the lobby. After going upstairs, we had to go around and around and down a few steps before we reached the room. 2⃣️At 23:00, I called the front desk to ask for two cotton swabs, but no one answered.
I was given a mini bag of crispy corners and two small twists when I left the hotel. I asked my husband to give a good review. I should improve the service a little bit. Although it is a fast hotel, it should take every single guest seriously.
