Love it! The hotel has a great scent the moment you enter the lobby, making it really relaxing. They have robots for your order-ins, and a store room to keep all your taobao deliveries. Lots of guests coming in and out, but lots of staffs working round the clock to take care of everyone too.

Location is convenient as it's near the train station. Lift is a little slow as there is only 2 lift serving all the floors.

My favourite in Shanghai for balance between quality and price. Superclean, great staff, super the washing machine service. The only problem is that staff does not really speak English. But they will do their best for you.

The on-going renovation really has lowered their quality. There’s noise, dirt & dust, no breakfast area, no laundry area, etc. Hopefully it will pass soon so service levels can improve. On that note, the takeaway breakfast is poor and not really edible if you’re a vegetarian. And please train the staff to speak in English!

The space was very clean and new looking, even the lobby smells nice! The staff were helpful and accommodating. The room is clean and had a cute tea set for you to use. It is a great hotel!
