the location is hard to find, it was surrounded by other neighbourhood. If your room at 2nd floor, you can hear the steps outside because the floor was made of wood. No light through the narrow passageway to get to your hotel at night.

It is a standard hotel. A little expensive but a normal, stress free experience. Easy check in and out. The location is somewhat hard to find.

It's only over 100 RMB, which is definitely the most cost-effective price in Shanghai. The hygiene is not as bad as everyone says, it's normal and acceptable. It's also close to the subway and there are many restaurants around.
