The front desk was very unfamiliar with the business. It took one and a half hours to check in, and there was a smoker sitting next to me. The environment was poor. When I went up to see the room, it smelled musty as soon as I entered. The toilet was dirty, and there were dead bugs on the bed. I couldn't give up immediately, but I was still...
