先説結論，這次是非常失望的一次體驗，之後不會預訂這家了。也希望各位可以擦亮雙眼，有選擇的話就儘快避雷吧。
這也不是我第一次住這個桔子水晶。但是這次直接被分到了一間面積明顯不達標的房間，與前台溝通後，得知我需要額外花錢才能升級到上次相同尺寸的房間。ok，那就付費。
接着被帶到了一間明顯面積沒區別，但是煙味巨大的房間。又等酒店協調了20分鐘，總算被帶到了和上一次入住相同的尺寸的房間。
可這還不算完，房間越住越熱，上海當天最熱20度，而屋子裡麪卻有30度。電視又壞掉了，來了員工打電話現場學習怎麼修理也修不好，前前後後半個小時就這麼過去了。之後酒店告知説整個建築的空調都在維修，製冷不工作，衹能使用通風模式，並且三天之內都不會被修好，衹能提供電風扇。這難道就是我加了錢所得到的升級嗎？
由於此前剛剛結束一段12小時的航班，想的也就是趕快睡覺吧。但是30度實在是酷熱難耐，於是又經過了大約半小時的協商，酒店又再次美其名曰給我們升了一級的情況下，讓我們住到了所謂的“商務大床房”，這已經是第三次換房了。
到了房間發現房間好像並沒像説的一樣有什麼升級，跟商務大床房在攜程披露的圖片也不相符。不過剛剛才説明要修理三天的空調現在就這麼好用了，我不知道是整個樓的空調都在我換完房間之後修好了？還是之前專門分給了我一個空調壞了的房間呢？感覺好像無論酒店的走廊裏麪，還是其他的房間感覺都沒有很熱呢？事到如今我也不想再探究真相了。從所謂的升級房間，到所謂的空調修理，整個服務感覺都是充滿了欺騙。
雖然酒店方面到最後都沒有給出一個明確的態度和道歉，但是也感謝攜程客服在其中幫忙協調。另外一個感謝給到前台幫忙申請延遲退房的工作人員。

設施很好，雙床房間很寬敞，還有音箱和手沖咖啡。服務態度也很好。就是不知道為什麼總是11月份就洗空調，空調一陣一陣的，好熱。後面換了豪華大床，房型比這個小很多，被熱醒過

家人在附近的普婦嬰預約了早上手術，為了方便休息，我們提前一晚預訂了這家酒店的豪華雙床房。第一次入住印象非常好：入住前，前台小周特地提前來電確認到店時間，並告知已根據訂單備註預留了合適的房間。晚上七點多到店後也無需排隊，幾分鐘就check in完成。
入住期間幾次致電前台索取物品（手機app上也能直接提交）都能迅速送達，服務非常及時。第二天因為趕時間沒能在餐廳用早餐，還貼心地為我們打包好並送到房間門口（ps：點外賣也有機器人送餐上來）。
整體服務體驗非常滿意，尤其要感謝小周以及其他協助送物的工作人員（男女都有），家人很滿意。雖然部分設施略有小問題，但工作人員響應及時，總體瑕不掩瑜，下次還會優先選擇這裏入住。

首先是前台很耐心負責，服務態度非常好；大堂和走廊有淡香，房間寬敞，非常乾淨，落地窗的採光很棒，自動窗簾很方便。床品柔軟舒適。隔音效果不錯，很安靜。
洗完衣服會有專人收走，幫你烘乾後再送到房間，很人性化。
整體來説，入住體驗很好，性價比高，下次出行還會選擇這家桔子酒店！

非常滿意的一次入住體驗，酒店地理位置不錯，衹是周圍比較獨立安靜，酒店整體設施配套都很新，地下車庫停車也很方便，衞生間都很大不會侷促，整體裝修風格給人很舒適，房間隔音整體不錯的，非常喜歡這家的燈光不刺眼是很柔和的暖光燈，房間內不光有礦泉水還有一些小飲料也很貼心，這次入住還體驗了酒店早餐，味道也都算中等偏上，種類選擇也夠，要是有健身房那就更好了，總的來説性價比還是非常高的。
