Great location great service room was clean and spacious. Xiao le was very attentive helping us check out
Laundry room can be a bit crowded since it's being used by 3 hotel in the area
Toilet is warm and nice but no bidet (for indo fyi) hehehe

Recommen this hotel to families. Free laundry washing, friendly services from Lee Ly and her team as well. Super convenient to nearby attractions, all walkable distance also.

丽丽 is a great staff in this hotel, the location is great as it is so near to nanjing road. A lot of restaurants and cafes just outside the hotel. You have to go to level 5 to the hotel lobby for registration. Will visit again in future.

Had a really good stay here at Hotel Chalet. Their friendly staff Nana assisted us with our stay & check out. Amenities are new and coffee is good, esp the hand drip coffee! I had it everyday during my 5 nights stay. It is also very near to the Nanjing east walkway and in between of 2 metro stations.

Location is great, Nice room and staffs are so great. Lin Feng is very kind and helpful, we get a late check out 2pm because I have a kid. The room is very clean, wider than we think even if it is not have a window. Bathroom is so good. Easy to find something to eat, Chagee , Lawson so nearby. MRT EXIT 14, 20

The hotel is located close to Nanjing Road and it is only a 5-10min walk to People's Square Metro station. So, the location is perfect. The staff speaks English and was very nice and welcoming. That is another plus. Our room was clean and modern with a view to Nanjing Road. The breakfast was good with a decent selection of Chinese specialities including dumblings, wonton soup,, sushi, rice, noddles, etc. They also serve some sweet delights (donuts, cake, toast, non-french style croissants, mochi rice cakes) that go well with your morning coffee or tea. Overall, we can recommend the place.

My family and I had a truly pleasant stay at this wonderful hotel. The Pure Enjoyment Suite and Wonderful Room were both incredibly spacious and comfortable, making our stay all the more relaxing. The service staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to Nanjing Walking Street and The Bund, making it perfect for exploring the city. We also loved the inviting atmosphere of the reception and room lobbies, with thoughtful touches like mineral water and a coffee maker available at reception. A fantastic experience overall—we would love to return!

A very nice and clean hotel, that is in a very convenient location. We booked last minute and they were very accommodating. I want to specifically appreciate Lili for her hospitality and fantastic service - allowing for a very smooth check in and check out process and making sure we are equipment with the ammenities needed!
