For the price and location it great for a couple of days … staff was very helpful and was able check into the room earlier then 2 pm , room was clean and tidy but the building is old… the negative, can see the hotel getting old very fast

Very good, but there are road construction nearby. It's OK to be close to the subway station. Very cost-effective in Shanghai. The hot water needs to be in the opposite direction. There was no reminder when checking in. Everything else is good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good.

The room only has the essentials for a few days, but you quickly feel cramped. Check-in at 3 a.m. took longer than necessary because the hotel staff were not informed that China is visa-free. We did receive 6 toothbrushes. Water was also free. The bathroom was extremely small. No closet. No English. The hallway stank COMPLETELY of cigarettes; it was really unhygienic and unbearable. This aspect urgently needs to be changed and more respected. The location is not great, unless you want to walk 10-15 minutes to the subway every day. At night it was so loud in the area that you could hear it all the way into the room. There is still room for improvement in terms of cleanliness in general.

I haven't stayed at Home Inn for a long time. I'm not very satisfied with the experience this time. The facilities in the room of more than 300 yuan are relatively simple😂. Is it possible that the hotels of more than 300 yuan in Shanghai are like this😂? I stayed for 2 nights in a row. I wanted to change hotels on the first night. There was no shampoo for taking a shower. I asked for a bottle the next day and they sent it. Because I had a lot of luggage with my children, I thought I'd just make do with it.
