Love my stay here in this hotel. The room is really nice, bed is very comfortable, bath tub beside the bed is really relaxing especially while watching TV. Ordered food in my room at dinner time. The food is indeed delicious. They also send different types of fruits on a platter at night which is such a wonderful and generous gesture. Would be great if they can have more choices for their breakfast buffet. Overall stay is amazing. I will come back for sure.

I was able to do early check in and late check out. Room facilities are ok. Except there was nothing in the refrigerator .The front desk staff are really nice and polite and professional. Executive lounge is basic compared to others in shanghai. Free parking space. Above all my stay was satisfactory.

We took a round-trip shuttle bus to Disneyland, and the return time was originally scheduled to be 21:30, but the fireworks ended at 21:30, and we had to return the stroller and leave the park, so the shuttle bus waited until 22:15, and they also helped us pay the extra parking fee.
