Perfect location from terminal 1, great and very clean bed (I was sleeping very good!), kettle and water are provided, and very good price. So, it's a very good (and may be best) option if you arrive in terminal 1 (especially for late flights).

Front desk staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. A nice lady even made an express mail pick up appointment for me. My package was picked up right on time before I check out the hotel. I really appreciate the nice front desk lady. I was in a hurry forgot to ask her name. I hope she can see this comment. Thank you so much for your help!

Great hotel to spend one night before the travel. Airport is very close- it took 5 min by taxi to get to Terminal 1

The hotel is located about 15 minutes walk from the airport. Worse service than another Inn I stayed in in Shanghai.

The front lady and her service is the best thing about the hotel. The rooms are tacky and small and do not have any space to move about. 1 had just 1 check in bag which when opened in the room , took away 80% of the movement space. Thankfully 1 stayed only 1 night. The hotel is located around a 12 minute walk from Hongqiao terminal 1 which is alot when you have bags in your hands.
