本來在攜程上預訂的是6樓恰琳，結果到店後前台卻説預訂的房間沒有了，要換成5樓布丁，若不同意就強制我們退房，態度很惡劣！而換入的5樓房間臟亂差，地上甚至連瓜子殼都撒着沒打掃乾淨，且房間裏蚊子到處飛，根本不能入睡！

晚上服務很差，訂的6樓的酒店硬生生變成5樓布丁酒店，還不如直接訂布丁酒店，隔音非常差，工地一直吵，衹適合看病人員及家人住，離醫院近

設施很舊，衞生很差，環境很差，服務態度很差
睡覺到夜裡10點鐘突然衞生間玻璃爆炸，後來再三詢問下勉強的換了一間房，發現床上有蟑螂🪳，一股黴味超級嚴重，天花板發黴漏水，前台工作人員服務態度很差勁，很差的住宿體驗

照片就不多拍，看下天花板的狀況就知了。
房間很小，隔音很差，衞生也差，服務也差，態度也很一般甚至不好。
入住這個賓館的唯一理由就是在六院看病，不是在六院看病或者陪病人的，沒有理由住在這個地方！

房間設施簡陋老化，牆面裂縫（見圖），窗簾歪斜（見圖），床品臟破（是真的破了見圖），衞生紙我們不敢用，衹能用自帶的。最令人無法忍受的是衞生太差，入住時房間煙味大，我們以為是別的客人退房不久，給予理解，自行通風了事。晚上回店發現馬桶有污漬，因為太晚自己用濕巾清理。看着令人生疑的環境，和衣躺下，半夜發現床頭地上還有煙頭兩個未掃。退房前更發現床品上還有陳舊血漬！懷疑這床品是否一客一換？！難道地都不掃？從未有過如此差的住宿體驗！不得不發差評警示別的旅客！
